　　Up to now, Nanjing Kisen has developed more than 10 energy-efficient products with independent intellectual property rights, and successfully applied to various types and scales of cement production lines from 2500t/d to 10000t/d. Among them, five and six-stage cyclone preheater and multi-spouting calciner, efficient reciprocating grate cooler, multi-channel coal burner are successfully applied to more than 160 production lines, capable to adapt to anthracite, inferior bitumite, lignite and other fuels, on behalf of the highest level of burning system of the industry. High-efficiency low-nitrogen calciner, 4th generation cooler with roller crusher in the middle, high-thrust low primary air high-efficiency preheater, two-stage supporting low-energy short kiln, cement kiln humidification spray system, external circulation pre-grinding cement vertical mill and external circulation finish grinding cement vertical mill, toothed roller crusher for clay, raw material roller press, impact crusher and other products are used in dozens of production lines with the scale of more than 5000t/d, and the performance indicators achieve advanced level in the industry.

　　Relying on its professional scientific research capability and based on Shanghai Xinjian Heavy Machinary Co., Ltd., a well-known equipment manufacturer in cement industry, Nanjing Kisen specializes in manufacturing large cement mechanical equipment, such as rotary kiln, stacker and reclaimer, limestone crusher, cooler, tube mill, vertical mill etc. which are used for cement plant with capacity range from 2,500t/d to 10,000t/d.

　　Nanjing Kisen has formed an integrated platform of large cement equipment industry, which consists of design, manufacturing, erection, and service. The technology, in which lignite, petrol coke and anthracite are used as fuel in cement kiln, pure low temperature waste heat generation technology, auto-control technology, concrete-filled steel tube technology etc. have reached international level. Manufacturing skills for burning system equipment, external circulation cement vertical mill, limestone crusher, stacker and reclaimer, rotary kiln which are used in cement plant with capacity of 10,000 t/d have reached domestic advanced level.

　　Nanjing Kisen high efficiency and energy saving cement burning modification scheme

　　Mainly includes key equimments and system technologies such as KS high efficiency, low resistance and emission, preheat and precalcining technology, KY rotary kiln, KC clinker cooler, KGP clinker roller crusher, KiFla pulverized coal burner technology, KPF impact crusher, KSRP type raw material roller press, KS-V separator, KS-W separator, KTC double teeth roller crusher, and NKC cement industry spraying system etc. Regarding the existing burning system, we replace material dispersion device, flap valve, cyclone inner core, riser, calciner, smoke chamber, and replace cooler partly or completely; burning standard coal consumption can be reduced by 2~10 kgce/t.cl, and power consumption by 2~5kWh/t.cl. The energy-saving and consumption-reducing scheme has been applied for more than 20 production lines, and obtained good economic and social benefits.

　　Nanjing Kisen energy-efficiency cement grinding modification scheme

　　Mainly includes key equimments and system technologies such as KVM-P cement pre-grinding vertical mill, KVM-C cement finished grinding vertical mill, KSRP cement roller press, KS-V separator, KS-L separator and NKM tube mill etc., process power consumption of grinding system can be reduced to 28kWh/t or lower. The energy-saving scheme has been applied for more than 10 grinding lines, and obtained good economic and social benefits.

　　Nanjing Kisen environmental protection modification scheme

　　Mainly includes key equimments and system technologies such as KTN low NOx burning and smoke denitration technology, NK grate furnace domestic garbage burning system, cement plant co-processing sludge or waste technology, cement production line denitration technology. The scheme makes the cement plant reach green production. The environmental protection scheme has been applied for dozens of production lines, and obtained good economic and social benefits.
