In 2007, Sichuan cement supply was scarce. We undertook the engineering of Sichuan Deyang Lisen Cement Co., Ltd. 3200t/d cement production line modification project. The engineering design period is short, the process is smooth, the overall layout is reasonably compact, covering small area, low design investment, low whole plant equipment investment, burning system using self-developed low-resistance preheater and third-generation cooler, design capacity is 3200t/d, after the commissioning, the actual production capacity is 3800~4000t/d. At the time of the Wenchuan earthquake, the surrounding factories have collapsed, although Lisen plant was designed according to local seismic intensity eight grade to save construction investment, because of our good design, the plant are intact except that raw meal silo is slightly tilted. At that time the plant resumed production quickly, in the earthquake relief played an active role, not only to create a social benefit, but also huge profits benefit for business once again.
In 2009, Hong Kong Liwan Group decided to build a 4500t/d cement production line in Shifang. This second line adopts the international advanced level new dry-process cement production technology, five-stage suspension preheater decomposition burning system, third generation air beam grate cooler, most advanced and reliable equipment as key equipment, DCS central control for fully automated production. The production process has not only solved the problem of dust pollution in the traditional process, but also turned large number of industrial waste into useful materials to achieve harmony in the cement industry and the ecological environment in the road of circulation economy. Second line project performance test was passed soon after commissioning, the actual production capacity of is 5800t/d, the indicators have reached the international advanced level, bringing considerable economic effects.
