(Summary description)Heilongjiang Haolianghe Cement Co., Ltd., formerly known as Yichun Haolianghe Cement Plant, now has been acquired by North Cement Company Limited; it locates at 2km southwest of Haolianghe town, Nancha district, Yichun city, Heilongjiang province. The plant has two existing cement production lines, one is 2000t/d clinker production line and the other is 5000t/d clinker production line; and equipped with 300,000t and 600,000t slag powder production lines separately. The 2000t/d clinker production line was established and put into production in Jun, 1995 and passed national acceptance formally and put into normal production in Sep, 1997. The 5000t/d clinker production line and slag powder production line was designed by our company, and formally put into production in Oct, 2010.

Haolianghe project site locates in the frigid zone, and it is the first production line that located in the cold climate zone undertaken by our company. The normal winter temperature is below -20℃in this area, and lowest reaches -40℃, which is a severe test for design, construction, installation and equipment normal operation. Considering low-temperature environment, we have made detailed investigations on the problems exposed in the first production line and existed in the design that have been optimized later, especially the raw fuel processing difficulties caused by cold climate, such as clay frozen stiff blocks in winter, jammed in summer, wet discharged pulverized coal freezing in winter, and with high moisture in summer etc., and we have made corresponding measures against such situations. The conveying equipment with large raw material moisture have sealing treatment and conveying angle must below 13° in order to prevent material gliding in winter during transportation; all the water, oil, gas pipelines need insulation and heat tracing treatment, and dehydration devices shall be arranged at some distance in order to ensure that accumulated water in the pipelines will be evacuated during production lines’ shut down; all the oil stations are arranged indoor; all the insulation layers of hot air pipes shall be thickened to reduce heat losses in the pipeline. There are many special treatments toward low temperature in order to ensure normal operation during severe cold climate, and actually we achieved.
Haolianghe project clinker production line is equipped with a set of 420t/h raw material vertical mill, a set of five-stage double-series preheater with online calciner, a set of Φ4.8×72m rotary kiln and a set of KC-1077 third generation reciprocating grate cooler developed by Nanjing Kisen. Cement production line is equipped with a set of 160×140 roller press system and Φ4.2 × 13m cement tube mill.
In joint efforts of Haolianghe employees and each construction unit, after a year and a half of intense construction, installation and commissioning, the project was formally put into production in October, 2010. The project gets praise from the owner since beginning its production. At present, its clinker production capacity is stably about 5800t/d or more, integrated power consumption is 52kWh/t-cl, and coal consumption is 107kg standard coal/kg-cl. The cement mill output is PC32.5 of 200t/h, PO42.5 of 180t/h, which brings good economic benefits to the owner.
Haolianghe project has accumulated rich experiences for engineering in northern region, and the successful commissioning of the project marks Nanjing Kisen already has the ability to design and implement cement production line in cold region. In addition, it also has important reference value for other northern projects, and has accumulated rich experiences for the design in cold regions.
