From the afternoon of March 8 to March 9, the Nanjing Kaicheng 2019 Annual Work Meeting was held in the company's meeting room 1603. The meeting comprehensively deployed the company's target tasks and key work for 2019. The meeting was presided over by Vice General Manager Gao Aiguo, and more than 60 people, including middle and senior management and technical backbones, attended the meeting.

　　At the meeting, General Manager Feng Jianhua delivered an important report titled 'Adhering to Progress While Maintaining Stability, Accelerating Reform and Innovation, and Advancing Nanjing Kaicheng Towards a New Journey of High-Quality Development'. In the report, General Manager Feng pointed out that 2019 is a year for Nanjing Kaicheng to adhere to progress while maintaining stability and accelerate reform and innovation, and it is also a year with heavy production tasks. All cadres and employees of the company must conscientiously implement the spirit of the annual work meetings of China National Building Materials Group and China National Building Materials International Engineering Group. Focusing on strengthening and optimizing the core engineering business, taking high-quality development as the main line, and reform and innovation as the driving force, we must make every effort to do well in market operation, engineering construction, scientific and technological innovation, talent incentives, strengthening party building, and corporate culture construction, among other tasks. Unify thinking, strengthen confidence, and comprehensively complete all production and operation goals for this year.

　　General Manager Feng, on behalf of the company, proposed the main operating targets for 2019, including operating revenue, net profit, contract value, and billing amount, and analyzed their interrelationships. He put forward the concept of 'gross margin difference', dissected its detailed composition, and pointed out several departmental indicators directly related to 'gross margin difference'. Combining with the company's organizational structure, he highlighted the significance and role of each department in the company's production and operation, and expressed profound expectations for the attendees to transform their work mindsets. 　　

　　Heads of various departments and three general contracting project managers respectively signed the 2019 annual performance assessment responsibility letters with General Manager Feng Jianhua. Secretaries of various Party branches, as well as heads of the labor union and youth league committee, signed the 2019 annual performance assessment responsibility letters with Party Branch Secretary Li Jiandong.

　　The heads of the Domestic Marketing Department, International Marketing Department, Equipment Business Unit, Intelligent Manufacturing Business Unit, Engineering Management Department, Engineering Design Department, Engineering Procurement Department, Engineering Construction Department, Process Design Institute, Civil Engineering Design Institute, Automation & Electrical Design Institute, and Mining Design Institute each made a statement. They expressed that they would lead their department employees to go all out and fully implement all targets set in the work objective responsibility letters.

　　Vice General Manager Gao Aiguo thoroughly explained the company's new version of the general contracting project management system to all attendees, and analyzed its key points and pain points. 　　On the morning of March 9, Lin Jie, Assistant General Manager and Executive Director of Chengdu Building Materials Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., conducted a training course on general contracting project management for all attendees. General Manager Lin introduced the implementation process and successful experience of Chengdu Institute's domestic and international general contracting projects. Attendees listened carefully and interacted with General Manager Lin, and they all expressed that they benefited greatly.
