Turkey AKCANSA 6000t/d Cement Production Line EP project

Turkey Akçansa Cement Company is a joint venture company of Turkey Sabancı Group and German Heidelberg Group. It had originally a 5500t/d clinker production line with bypass system which used 20~30% high sulfur petroleum coke. The company issued tender invitation globally for the second line of 6000t/d in the second half of 2005 and in February 2006, entering the stage of bidding and contract negotiation. On May 12, China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd. formally signed the EP contract, undertaking engineering design, equipment supply, and installation supervision and commissioning guide and other technical service. Nanjing Kisen International Engineering Co., Ltd., the subsidiary company of China Triumph, undertook the main work of tender bidding and contract implementation. This is the first overseas EP project of Nanjing Ksien.

Saudi Arabia AL-JOUF Cement Plant 5000t/d Cement Production Line EPC project

Saudi Arabia Al-JOUF 5000t/d Clinker Cement Production line EPC project is undertaken by Nanjing Kisen. The project is located in Turayf city of Saudi Arabia with mining 500m away from cement plant. The site altitude is 828m above sea level with annual maximum temperature 45.5℃and maximum rainfall 44.1mm. Contract scope is complete production line from raw material crushing to bag cement dispatch including captive power plant. Cement product is OPC (ordinary Portland cement) and SRC (sulphate resistant cement) in compliance with ASTM standard with annual production capacity 1.9 million tons/year. Nanjing Kisen carried on project design as per ISO 9000 quality management standard and latest China national standard at that time; Equipment manufacturing is as per standard of equipment country of origin; Civil construction and electro-mechanical erection as per ISO 9000 quality management standard and latest China national standard at that time and production line is guaranteed to meet contract requirement.

Japan Taiheiyo Cement Co.,Ltd. Vietnam Nghi Son 6000t/d Cement Production Line EPC project

Vietnam Nghison Cement Corporation was established by Japan Taiheiyo Cement, Japan Mitsubishi Material and Vietnam Cement. This project was located in Nghison development zone of ThanhHoa Province in Vietnam, 218 KM south to capital city Ha Noi. This plant has an existing production line of 5800t/d, annual production capacity is 2.1 million tons of cement, it was constructed by Japan Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial. In 2007, Nghison Cement planned to build a new cement production line of 5800t/d, opened international bidding; Nanjing Kisen won this 5800t/d cement production line extension project by its technical advantage and project manage experience. The Contract including: project design, equipment supply, steel and equipment erection and technical service, etc.

Vietnam Yenbinh Cement Plant 2×2500t/d Cement Production Line PDB project

Viet Nam Yen Binh cement plant 2500t/d production line is invested by Viet Nam Vinaconex Corporation. The design and supply of some key equipment are undertaken by our company; domestic equipments are adopted for the whole cement production line. The project construction drawing design started in May, 2005 and put into production in July, 2008.

Vietnam Son La Cement Plant 2×2500t/d Cement Production Line PDB project

Viet Nam Son La cement plant 2500t/d production line is invested by Viet Nam Mai Son Cement Joint Stock Company, designed by our company and key equipments of burning system are also provided by us. The entire production line uses domestic equipment. The operation index is well after construction completion and putting into production, and gets praise from the owner.

Viet Nam Cam Ranh 500,000t/y Cement Grinding Station EPC project

Viet Nam Cam Ranh Cement Grinding Station is located in seaside of Cam Ranh city with annual cement output 500,000 tons. Nanjing Kisen is responsible for design, supply and commissioning which including unloading from jetty, cement packing and delivery; and the owner is responsible for civil work and installation. Unloading from jetty adopts hydraulic grab ship unloader, uses Ø4x12m closed-circuit mill for cement mill system to ensure cement output 85t/h (OPC). The project passed the test and acceptance on Feb, 2012.

Lafarge Philippines Iligan 1600t/d Preheater Debottlenecking EPC project

Lafarge Iligan cement plant was built in the late 1960s with preheater kiln and designed output was 1500t/d, however actual output was around 1400t/d. The system output was stably increased at above 1600t/d only after partial modification on preheater system and replacement of ID fan made by Nanjing Kisen. It only took 22 days from burning system modification to normal production, and created a technical modification mode with less investment and quick economic benefit.
