From November 27th to 29th, audit experts from China Classification Society Jiangsu Branch conducted an annual supervision audit of the company's three-standard system, and the company successfully passed the audit.
During this audit, the experts reviewed the company's existing system documents and record forms, and understood the progress of the annual internal audit and management review. The experts believed that the company's three-standard system was operating normally and recommended maintaining certification registration. While affirming the normal operation of the company's three-standard system, the experts also put forward improvement suggestions and opinions regarding work such as environmental and hazard identification, and customer satisfaction surveys. They hoped that the company would utilize the three-standard system management platform to continuously strengthen various management aspects, enhance team building, win more customers, and achieve more brilliant business performance.
Gao Aiguo, the Management Representative and Deputy General Manager, concluded that the company's three-standard system has been operating for 8 years, effectively promoting the standardization, normalization, and compliance of the company's production, operation, and management activities. In the second half of this year, the company made some organizational structure and personnel adjustments, and relevant business processes were also optimized accordingly. To adapt to the new structure and processes, a new version of the three-standard system is being revised, planned for release on December 20th and formal implementation from January 1st next year. All departments should provide timely feedback and continuously strengthen learning to promote the orderly implementation of the company's new system.
Feng Jianhua, the highest manager of the three-standard system and General Manager, pointed out that the heads of all business units and departments should stand from the strategic height of the company's long-term development, make full use of the three-standard management system as an effective management platform, diligently study and absorb various improvement opinions and suggestions put forward by the supervision audit experts, and sort out and optimize various systems and processes related to their own business and departments, thereby promoting the company's overall management level and operational efficiency, and enabling the company to better adapt to market and customer requirements.
