On the afternoon of March 28, Nanjing Kaishing's 2018 annual work conference was held at the company. The conference comprehensively deployed the company's objectives and key tasks for 2018. The conference was chaired by Vice General Manager Li Dongfeng, and attended by more than 50 middle and senior management personnel and technical backbones of the company. The conference was a complete success.

　　At the conference, General Manager Feng Jianhua delivered an important report titled "Adhering to Benefit Priority, Accelerating Reform Steps, and Promoting Nanjing Kaishing's Transformative Development to a New Level." In the report, Mr. Feng pointed out that 2018 is a year when the company's economic situation improved, a year with heavy production tasks, and also a year for deepening reforms and promoting transformative development. All cadres and employees of the company must conscientiously implement the spirit of the annual work conferences of China National Building Material Group and China National Building Material International Engineering Group, focusing on strengthening and optimizing the main engineering business, taking deepening reforms and innovation-driven as means, unifying thinking, strengthening confidence, and fully accomplishing all production and operation targets for this year.

　　In the report, Mr. Feng, on behalf of the company, put forward the main economic targets for 2018, including operating revenue, total profit, net profit, and contract value. He also comprehensively deployed key annual tasks such as domestic and international market operations, engineering project management, integrated application of technical equipment, process optimization and management integration, performance appraisal and salary distribution, risk control, party building, and corporate culture construction.

　　Responsible persons from various departments of the company signed the 2018 annual target assessment responsibility letters with General Manager Feng Jianhua, respectively. The heads of the labor union and the youth league committee signed the 2018 annual target assessment responsibility letters with Party Branch Secretary Li Jiandong.

　　Representatives from departments such as the International Market Department, Engineering Management Department, Engineering Design Department, Engineering Procurement Department, Engineering Construction Department, Equipment Division, and Technology Center each made their statements. They proposed specific measures and plans based on this year's company production and operation situation and departmental objectives, and all expressed that they would lead their departmental employees to go all out and fully implement all objectives set in the work objective responsibility letters.
