Lijiang Ancient City production line wins the first prize of "Best Innovative Design Achievement (Factory Category)" in the Architectural Materials Industry Design Innovation Activity

Recently, the 2023 Building Materials Industry Conference, hosted by the China Building Materials Federation, was held in Beijing. The conference, themed "Green, Low-Carbon, Technology Empowerment, Building a Modern Building Materials Industrial System," aims to accelerate new progress in the building materials industry's construction of a modern industrial system, clarify directions, and inject new momentum into the future development of China's building materials industry.
At the conference, "Lijiang Ancient City Southwest Cement 5000t/d Clinker Cement Production Line," declared by Sinoma Smart Technology (formerly Nanjing KCC), was awarded the "Best Innovative Design Achievement (Factory Category)" prize at the First Building Materials Industry Design Innovation Activity. Located at an average altitude of 2500 meters, this project utilizes technical equipment featuring a cyclone preheater + rotary kiln + fourth-generation high-efficiency grate cooler, with dual-series five- and six-stage switchable operation and an online jet-type calciner. Simultaneously, a low-temperature waste heat power generation system is built, with all electricity from its power station recycled back into the clinker cement production for this project.
