On January 16, CNBM Smart Technology held its 2025 Work Conference and the fifth meeting of the Third Employees' Congress. Liu Renyue, Executive Vice President of CNBM International and Chairman of CNBM Smart Technology, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Gao Aiguo, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CNBM Smart Technology, delivered a work report entitled "Focusing on Strategic Implementation, Promoting Transformation and Upgrading, and Writing a New Chapter of High-Quality Development with a Fighting Spirit." The meeting was chaired by Xu Yaping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice General Manager.

　　Liu Renyue conveyed the spirit of the annual work conferences of China National Building Materials Group and CNBM International, and fully affirmed the achievements made by CNBM Smart Technology in 2024. Regarding the development direction in 2025, he put forward the following requirements: First, deeply understand and grasp the strategic intentions and development direction of CNBM International's "1236" strategy, and integrate the company's development into the overall strategic layout of CNBM International; second, focus on "one main and three secondary businesses," reasonably allocate internal resources, and build a solid foundation for development; third, strengthen team capability building, accelerate information sharing and collaborative synergy, and maximize the formation of overall internal synergy; fourth, strengthen technological innovation, integrate individual innovative vitality with organizational driving efficiency, and continuously enhance the core competitiveness of digital intelligent businesses.

　　In his report, Gao Aiguo pointed out that in 2024, faced with a complex and severe situation with increasing external pressure and internal difficulties, under the correct leadership and strong support of the Group, the Corporation, and CNBM International, and under the guidance of the decisions of the company's Party Committee and Board of Directors, all cadres and employees of CNBM Smart Technology closely focused on the annual goals and tasks, worked together with one heart and one mind, and made vigorous and orderly progress in various aspects of production, operation, and management. Engineering business remained stable, digital intelligent business made steady progress, and CNBM Smart Technology (Chengdu) achieved profitability.

　　The report analyzed the current situation and tasks, put forward the overall work ideas and business objectives for 2025, and deployed five key tasks: First, highlight strategic drive, steadily promote organizational restructuring, specialize and strengthen digital intelligence, and stabilize and optimize engineering services; second, highlight market cultivation, layout overseas digital intelligence tracks, seize potential incremental market opportunities, and focus on promoting local value chain extension; third, highlight technological innovation, build a system and mechanism to support comprehensive innovation, and focus on key technological breakthroughs in green, low-carbon, and digital intelligence; fourth, highlight management optimization, improve governance capabilities, reshape management process systems, deepen cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and establish a three-dimensional risk control network; fifth, highlight Party building escort, clearly strengthen Party's ideological and political construction, strive to build a high-quality team of cadres and talents, and deeply promote comprehensive and strict Party governance, leading high-quality development with high-quality Party building.
