On the afternoon of September 6th, the company held a financial knowledge training session for non-financial personnel in meeting room 1603. More than 30 people from departments including the Equipment Business Division (Technology Center), the Self-Electricity Design Institute, the Domestic Market Department, the Operation Management Department, the Engineering Procurement Department, and the Intelligent Manufacturing Business Division attended the training.
Luo Chunze, deputy director of the Asset Finance Department, popularized the basic concepts and principles of finance, and focused on explaining the financial statement system, providing a detailed introduction to the three major financial statements: the balance sheet, the income statement, and the cash flow statement.
Trainees stated that through this training, they gained a certain understanding of frequently used terms such as working capital, financial leverage, and the time value of money, and gained a preliminary understanding of the three major financial statements. This financial management knowledge will not only help deepen their understanding of corporate finance, but also play a very important role in daily life decisions.
