The company completed the internal audit of the three-standard system in 2021.


From October 11th to 15th, the company conducted its 2021 annual internal audit of the three-standard management system. The Quality and Safety Department organized nine internal auditors from departments including the Engineering Design Department, Technology Center, Engineering Construction Department, Engineering Procurement Department, Domestic Market Department, and Administration and Personnel Department into three audit teams. Following the requirements of the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management system, and the company's F-version management system documents, a comprehensive internal audit was conducted across various business departments and the Hunan Shaofeng 8000t/d clinker cement production line general contracting project. Company leaders and heads of various departments attended the initial and final meetings of the internal audit.

During the audit, the internal audit team used questioning, spot checks of relevant documents and records, and on-site inspections to understand the operation of the three-standard management system this year in business processes such as market operation, engineering design, engineering procurement, project management, and facility resource support. They also exchanged issues with the audited departments in a timely manner, provided improvement suggestions, and each department actively cooperated to ensure the smooth progress of the internal audit.

At the final meeting held on October 18th, Minister Fang Hua of the Quality and Safety Department reported on the overall situation of the internal audit on behalf of the audit team and proposed corrective and improvement suggestions for the identified problems.

The management representative and general manager, Gao Aiguo, summarized that the audit showed that the company's three-standard management system is generally suitable and effective. Relevant departments should take the issues raised in the internal audit seriously, formulate corresponding improvement measures according to the system's requirements, earnestly implement rectification, and ensure that the issues are closed-looped.

The company's top manager and chairman, Feng Jianhua, urged the heads of various departments to attach great importance to the three-standard management work from an ideological perspective, and to integrate the system's requirements into daily management to promote the standardization and compliance of various tasks. At the same time, they should set an example and continuously improve the company's management level.
