  On July 25, 2022, Nanjing Kaicheng International Engineering Co., Ltd. held a cadre meeting in Conference Room 1603 to announce the appointments of Chang Bin and Zhang Chengwei as deputy general managers of the company. Yin Zhisong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of Sinoma International, Yang Jing, Deputy General Manager of the CPC Committee Organization Department/Human Resources Department of Sinoma International, Feng Jianhua, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Nanjing Kaicheng, Gao Aiguo, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of Nanjing Kaicheng, and other members of the Nanjing Kaicheng leadership team attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Gao Aiguo.

  Yang Jing read out the "Letter on Recommending Deputy General Managers of Nanjing Kaicheng International Engineering Co., Ltd.", appointing Chang Bin and Zhang Chengwei as deputy general managers of Nanjing Kaicheng.

  Zhang Chengwei made a statement.   Feng Jianhua made a statement on behalf of the Nanjing Kaicheng leadership team. He pointed out that the Nanjing Kaicheng leadership team will lead all employees to unify their thinking, enhance understanding, resolutely uphold the decision of the Sinoma International Party Committee, and fully support the new leading cadres in quickly assuming their roles; accelerate transformation, strategize, gather the collective wisdom of all employees, formulate the company's strategy as soon as possible, and continuously optimize the business structure; unite and bravely take on responsibilities, further strengthen the cadre team building, and make greater contributions to building Nanjing Kaicheng into a "world-class industrial intelligent solution provider" and Sinoma International into a "world-class material industry service provider".

  Yin Zhisong delivered an important speech, representing the Sinoma International Party Committee and fully affirming Nanjing Kaicheng's development achievements over the past 20 years. Since its establishment 20 years ago, Nanjing Kaicheng has grown into an important enterprise in the group's engineering sector through its unremitting efforts. After joining Sinoma International in 2021, it has continued to maintain a steady development momentum, with key operating indicators reaching a 10-year high, and various indicators ranking among the top within Sinoma International's subsidiaries. In the first half of this year, operational quality continued to improve, and the "two profits" indicators achieved "half time, half task". He hoped that all cadres and employees of Nanjing Kaicheng would strengthen their confidence, actively seize the "three transformations" opportunities in the industry, and proactively address new challenges and problems; they should take Sinoma International's "1236" strategy as a guide, accelerate the building of Sinoma International's digital intelligent platform, and accelerate digital transformation; they should elevate their standing, face new challenges in enterprise reform and transformation and new tasks in operation and management, strengthen unity and integration, and align their thoughts and actions with the decisions of the Sinoma International Party Committee; they should forge ahead with determination and actively create a new situation for Nanjing Kaicheng's development.
