　　In accordance with the unified deployment of the CMC International Party Committee, from July 6 to July 12, 2022, the first inspection team of the CMC International Party Committee conducted an inspection of the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee. The inspection team adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implemented the guiding principles of the inspection work, highlighted the key points of political inspection, took "two maintenances" as its fundamental task, strengthened political supervision by focusing on functional responsibilities, and focused on checking the implementation of the Party's theories, lines, principles, policies, major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, the strategic deployment of comprehensively strengthening Party governance, the Party's organizational line in the new era, inspections, and rectifications of Party building assessments, etc., to promote the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee to strengthen political construction, consciously arm its mind with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, guide practice, and promote work, providing a solid political guarantee for the development and stability of the enterprise. On October 28, the leading group for the inspection work of the CMC International Party Committee listened to a report on the inspection situation. The leading group made clear requirements for the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee to conscientiously fulfill its political responsibility in governing the Party and to do a good job in rectification. Comrade Zhao Yan pointed out when feeding back the situation that the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee was able to be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, implement the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the superior Party committee, promote the development and growth of mixed-ownership enterprises, strengthen the enterprise's strategic development, innovative development, international development, and digital intelligent development, achieve a transformation from engineering design and equipment supply to an international engineering construction service provider, and achieve certain results in reform and development. The inspection found some problems in the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee, mainly: insufficient study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, weak implementation of major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and superior authorities, unsystematic and in-depth study and implementation of the important instructions and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping, inadequate performance of the Party committee's role in "setting direction, managing overall situations, and ensuring implementation," inadequate implementation of the new development concept and risk prevention and control, and gaps in achieving high-quality development; inadequate implementation of the "two responsibilities" of comprehensively strengthening Party governance, weak implementation of the main responsibility of the Party committee in comprehensively strengthening Party governance, and inadequate implementation of the supervisory responsibility of the Discipline Inspection Commission; weak implementation of the Party's organizational line in the new era, inadequate implementation of the responsibilities of Party building work, and gaps in cadre management work; inadequate implementation of responsibilities for rectification of inspections, rectification of Party building assessments, and special rectification of the Discipline Inspection Commission. Comrade Zhao Yan put forward four points of rectification suggestions: First, raise the political standing, deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and fully implement the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee; second, strengthen the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, consolidate the "two responsibilities," and continuously rectify and discipline; third, strengthen political responsibility, deeply implement the Party's organizational line in the new era, strengthen Party building responsibilities, and standardize the selection and appointment of personnel; fourth, earnestly fulfill political responsibilities, earnestly implement rectification tasks, and do a good job in the "second half" of the work.

He pointed out that the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee should regard the rectification of the inspection as a serious political task, raise its standing, change its concepts, attach great importance to it, include the rectification of the inspection on the important agenda, and regard it as an important task for the next period of time. The Party committee should earnestly implement the main responsibility for the rectification of the inspection, conduct special research and special promotion, thoroughly analyze the problems fed back by the inspection, systematically study and plan the rectification plan for the inspection, refine and form precise rectification measures for the inspection, combine the rectification of the inspection with the in-depth study of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, combine it with the requirements of comprehensively strengthening Party governance and style of work construction, combine it with the various decisions and deployments and work arrangements of the superior Party committee, and combine it with the central work of reform, development, and stability of Nanjing Kaisheng, strengthen the rectification of the inspection and the application of its results, and earnestly promote the rectification of the inspection to go deeper and achieve solid results, using high-quality inspection rectification to guarantee that Nanjing Kaisheng achieves high-quality development in the new development stage.
