On the afternoon of February 6, Nanjing Kaicheng held its 2023 annual work meeting. He pointed out that in 2022, Nanjing Kaicheng overcame unfavorable factors such as shrinking demand, rising costs, and recurrent epidemics, achieving remarkable results in various tasks. Key indicators showed steady progress, engineering projects set benchmarks, transformational development achieved initial results, and operational quality significantly improved, realizing steady progress and quality enhancement, demonstrating robust profitability and sustainable operational capabilities. He comprehensively analyzed the internal and external situations faced in 2023 from international, domestic, and industry perspectives, requesting Nanjing Kaicheng to deeply grasp the new situation and tasks, bear in mind the important responsibility of fully undertaking the creation of a digital Sinoma International, place high-quality development in a more prominent position, and comprehensively promote new achievements in business development, reform and innovation, digital-intelligence transformation, and Party building. 　　Liu Xinming fully recognized Nanjing Kaicheng's achievements in 2022 and put forward three requirements for Nanjing Kaicheng's work in 2023 from the perspectives of Party building and disciplinary inspection: Firstly, adhere to Party building leadership, strictly implement the political responsibility of comprehensive strict governance of the Party, and promote both Party building and business operations; secondly, strictly manage and operate in accordance with regulations, disciplines, and laws, review, investigate, and improve various management systems, with a focus on issues related to violations of the spirit of the Central Eight Provisions and "profiting from the enterprise"; the Disciplinary Committee should play a role in supervising, ensuring execution, and promoting improvement and development; thirdly, assume responsibility, adhere to problem-orientation and putting people first, benchmark against the goal of "creating a world-class enterprise" and "five new and one strengthening," meticulously implement tasks, and promote high-quality development of the enterprise
