The company leadership team in Nanjing held a brief meeting with the new employees. General Manager Feng Jianhua gave the first lesson to the new employees. Wang Tao the Director of Engineering explained the main contents of project management, working procedures and the main tasks undertaken by the project execution divisions. Liu Yongchang the Director of Procurement introduced the main contents of project procurement management.

Zhou Rijun the Director of Asset Finance Division introduced the procedures of financial borrowing, reimbursement and wage card processing. The Vice-director of the Division of Administration and HR introduced the main rules and regulations of administration and HR, such as workplace etiquette, labor relations, training and development, salary and welfare, performance management, professional qualification, reward and punishment management, etc. Hu Xionghua the Vice-director of Quality and Safety Division introduced the requirements of project safety management, and tested the safety knowledge of new employees on the spot.
