From the afternoon of July 8th to July 11th, the 3.5-day 2019 annual new employee onboarding training successfully concluded, with nearly 50 new employees participating.
This training aimed to help new employees understand Nanjing Kaisen's history, current situation, and future development plans, solidify their career choices, familiarize them with the company's management systems and business processes, initially foster a sense of belonging and identity with the company, and help them quickly adapt to their changing professional roles and smoothly integrate into the Nanjing Kaisen family.
The company's leadership team in Nanjing held a brief meeting with the new employees. After each new employee introduced themselves, General Manager Feng Jianhua gave the first lesson to the new employees. General Manager Feng comprehensively introduced Nanjing Kaisen's development history, affiliations, market performance, innovation achievements, internal management, corporate strategy, development philosophy, and corporate culture to all trainees, revealing the "Kaisen Logic" and "Kaisen Spirit" behind Nanjing Kaisen's growth and expansion, and outlining Nanjing Kaisen's future development blueprint. Finally, General Manager Feng, combining Nanjing Kaisen's employee behavioral standards and professional growth needs, urged new employees to strengthen their self-cultivation in their careers with the "Six Goods" standard, converting their education into knowledge and their efforts into results.
Design Director Zhu Xiaobin lectured on the main work and basic requirements of the engineering company's design business and on-site services. Engineering Director Wang Tao explained the main contents, work procedures, and primary responsibilities of the engineering project execution department in engineering project management. Procurement Director Liu Yongchang introduced the main contents of engineering procurement management.
Zhou Rijun, Minister of the Asset and Finance Department, introduced the procedures for financial loans, reimbursements, and salary card processing. The Deputy Minister of the Administration and Human Resources Department introduced major administrative and HR regulations such as workplace etiquette, labor relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, professional qualifications, and reward and punishment management. Hu XiongHua, Deputy Minister of the Quality and Safety Department, introduced engineering project safety management requirements and conducted an on-the-spot test on new employees' safety knowledge. Lu Gang, Deputy Minister of the Technology and Information Department, briefly introduced the usage methods, procedures, and precautions for office software such as the company's OA office system and design publishing system.
The instructors meticulously prepared and delivered their lectures, and the trainees listened attentively and took notes, creating an active atmosphere.
The trainees also visited Nanjing Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. to gain an initial intuitive understanding of cement production lines. They all expressed that they would based on their own work, rooted in the front lines, closely integrate their professional knowledge and skills with engineering practice, improve themselves through practice, and continuously make progress in practice.
The new employee training achieved the expected results.
