The company leadership team in Nanjing held a brief meeting with the new employees. General Manager Feng Jianhua gave the first lesson to the new employees. Wang Tao the Director of Engineering explained the main contents of project management, working procedures and the main tasks undertaken by the project execution divisions. Liu Yongchang the Director of Procurement introduced the main contents of project procurement management.
Zhou Rijun the Director of Asset Finance Division introduced the procedures of financial borrowing, reimbursement and wage card processing. The participants also visited CUCC Nanjing Cement Co., Ltd. and had a preliminary intuitive understanding of the cement production line. The majority of participants said that they should base their work on their own, combine their professional knowledge, skills and engineering practices, and improve themselves in practice.
