The company leaders listened to the implementation of the key work of all divisions, pointed out the highlights in the work of divisions, put forward pertinent opinions and suggestions on aspects needing improvement in the work, and put forward specific requirements for the work of all divisions in the second half of 2019.

Gao Aiguo, Vice General Manager, said that since this year, the company has made some achievements in market operation, project management, engineering design and performance management, and has made some progress. Li Dongfeng, Vice General Manager, pointed out that in recent years the external market management situation has changed dramatically. Owners' requirements in technical indicators, site management, beautification and brightening, and even tender documents preparation are becoming increasingly stringent and meticulous. All divisions should be close to market and customer needs and improve the level of work in all aspects.

Feng Jianhua, General Manager, made a concluding speech. He pointed out that he listened to the work summary of all divisions in the middle of the year. Overall, he felt that there were many highlights in the work of all divisions in the first half of 2019. Market management divisions have achieved fruitful results, and market synergy has achieved remarkable results. The progress of project management is obvious, and the process of project execution is smoother. This year, the number of total contracted projects is large, the difficulty of project implementation is high, and the project management withstands the pressure, overcomes many difficulties, and ensures the safety of the project.

At the same time, General Feng put forward the overall requirements for the second half of the year, which are to continue to optimize the work flow, enhance project management capacity, improve overall operational efficiency and reduce production and operation costs.
