Nanjing Kaicheng held its 2019 mid-year departmental work exchange meeting

On July 17th, Nanjing Kaisheng's 2019 Mid-Year Department Work Exchange Meeting was held on the 16th floor. Company leaders in Nanjing and attendees of the administrative regular meetings from various departments participated in the meeting. Vice General Manager Gao Aiguo and General Manager Feng Jianhua successively presided over the meeting.

The heads of each department reported on the completion of their respective department's goals and tasks for the first half of 2019, comparing them against the 2019 annual work objectives. They also exchanged information on the progress of their work in market operations, engineering management, R&D design, enterprise management, and team building, identified shortcomings in their work, and arranged key tasks for the second half of 2019.
The company's leadership listened to the implementation of key tasks by various departments, pointed out the highlights in their work, offered pertinent opinions and suggestions for areas needing improvement, and put forward specific requirements for each department's work in the second half of 2019.

Vice General Manager Gao Aiguo stated that since the beginning of this year, the company has achieved some successes and made progress in market operations, project management, engineering design, and performance management. He hoped that relevant departments would continue their efforts to enhance engineering planning and on-site management capabilities, strengthen risk control, meticulously focus on design details, and improve equipment quality control.
Vice General Manager Li Dongfeng pointed out that in recent years, the external market operating environment has undergone significant changes, and owners' requirements in terms of technical indicators, on-site management, beautification and lighting, and even bid document preparation are becoming increasingly strict and detailed. All departments must align closely with market and customer demands to improve their overall work levels.

General Manager Feng Jianhua delivered a concluding speech, noting that after listening to the mid-year work summaries from all departments, the overall feeling was that the first half of 2019 saw many highlights in the work of various departments. The market operations department achieved fruitful results, with significant effectiveness in market collaboration. Engineering management showed obvious progress, and the processes in all aspects of project execution were smoother; this year saw a large number of EPC projects, with high project implementation difficulty, but project management withstood the pressure, overcame numerous difficulties, and ensured project safety.
At the same time, Mr. Feng put forward the overall requirements for the work in the second half of the year: to continue optimizing work processes, enhance engineering management capabilities, improve overall operational efficiency, and reduce production and operating costs. He hoped that all departments would prioritize the following key tasks: For market operations, continue to expand market synergy and strive to exceed the annual operating targets; for technological innovation, strengthen technical breakthroughs, expand the application scope of equipment, and further enhance the level of intelligent construction; for engineering management, continue to implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement, accelerate the promotion and application of BIM technology, and expand the scope of beautification and lighting implementation; for personnel incentives, further optimize the incentive mechanism and increase the training of young employees.
