CUCC Anxian Cement Co., Ltd. is a cement company jointly funded by China United Cement Corporation-subsidiary of China National Building Material Company Limited and Sichuan Anxian Fushan Cement Co., Ltd.
On May 12th, 2008, an earthquake with 8.0 magnitude occurred in Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province, a large number of houses and buildings collapsed and roads, bridges, tunnels were destroyed and also power equipment and communications equipment were badly damaged, the reconstruction task was very heavy. The Anxian cement plant, 1st band 2nd branch plants which are under administration of Fushan Cement Co., Ltd. are characterized by backward production technology with high energy consumption and high pollution, and sorted into backward cement production capacity to be eliminated, at the same time severely damaged after earthquake and cement production needed to be restored urgently. After the Wenchuan earthquake, China United Cement Group Co., Ltd. actively involved in the relief, recovery and reconstruction work, several working groups were dispatched into the earthquake disaster region, and after friendly negotiation with Anxian Fushan Cement Co., Ltd., with principle spirit of earthquake relief, recovery and reconstruction, optimization of cement industrial restructuring and integration of cement resources, to achieve full utilization of advantages of capital, technology, talents, information from CUCC and advantages of resources, land from Anxian Fushan Cement Co., Ltd. and finally accomplished establishment of CUCC Anxian Cement Co., Ltd. and invested to build a 4500t/d new dry-process cement production line and 9mw waste heat recovery power plant as supporting infrastructure in the same term, this production line is located in Sangzao town, Sichuan Anxian County with total investment of 752.72 million Yuan, covers an area of about 25.5 hectares with construction area of 171,000 square meters.
The 4500t/d production line is generally contracted by Nanjing Kisen International Engineering Co., Ltd., Nanjing Kisen gives full play to its advantages in technology, management, equipment procurement, etc., in close conjunction and coordination with CUCC Anxian Project Construction Headquarters, Zhejiang Baosheng Construction Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Huaxi Construction Group Co., Ltd., Nanjing Kisen Mechanical/Electro Equipment Installation Co., Ltd. Chengdu Hailong Construction Engineering Consulting Corporation, and according to general requirements of "go all out, race against time, strive for excellence, safe and civilized," cooperate with absolute sincerity, and work hard to overcome the tight schedule, labor shortages as well as many other difficulties to achieve successful igniting goal on June 28th, 2010 as well the building goal of high quality, short construction period, good safety, low investment. On August 2nd, 2010, the performance guarantee was passed through only one test, the performance indicators: clinker output: 5422.8t/d (guarantee indicator: >5000t/d), burning heat consumption: 3001.42kJ.cl (717.7kcal.cl) (guarantee indicator: <730kcal.cl.)
This production line uses a large number of local industrial wastes. As auxiliary materials, retarder and cement admixture, total consumption of 25 0870 tons of sulfuric acid slag, wet fly ash, phosphorus slag, phosphogypsum, fly ash will be achieved. Thus reducing the cement production cost and turning waste into treasure, to achieve circular economy of cement industry. Burning fuel is faulty coal of about 4900 x 4.12 kJ.
The production line applies recently international advanced new dry-process technology and firing system developed by Nanjing Kisen, the firing system includes: five stage low pressure loss cyclone preheater system with denitrification calciner patent technology, four channel coal burner, third generation aeration beam grate cooler and high speed rotary kiln. In the calciner design, the faulty coal burning rate and combustion time are fully considered; gas flow field, temperature field and material concentration field in calciner are optimized, which ensures the material pre-decomposition rate is more than 95%.
In the foundation design, design departments took three steps: first, site investigation, tracking, boring; second, carefully study the geological report; third, for the project, select the Wuhan Survey and Design Institute to review the experimental data. Finally, through comparing the BOQ and construction difficulty of the natural foundation and piling from data of the geological survey report and reviewed bearing capacity, selected natural foundation as design basis, which achieved good construction quality, shorter construction period and best economic benefit.
The output of cement production line is stabilized at 5400t or more after putting into production. In order to find out the whole burning system operation condition, improve cement plant economic benefit, and system potentiality, Nanjing Kisen as the general contractor made thermal calibration from 27th Nov to 30th Nov, 2010. The thermal calibration results are as follows: clinker production is: 5491.2t/d, burning heat consumption is 2910.30kJ/kg.cl (696kcal /kg.cl), C1 outlet temperature is 297 ℃, heat recovery efficiency of cooler is 72.81%. The tests show that when an average of the preheater outlet O2 content is 3.44%, NOx content is 330ppm; thereby, it can be calculated that when the standard conditions O2 is 10%, the concentration of NOx is 424mg/Nm³. (calculated based on NO2 emissions equivalent concentration of 10% oxygen content)
Now, the production line has been put into production for 4 years, and the output is controlled stably at 5500t/d with low energy consumption after CUCC Anxian employees’ constantly endeavor and practices. The burning heat consumption is about 2906kJ/kg.cl(695kcal/kg.cl), and clinker comprehensive power consumption is 58kWh/tcl, waste heat power generation is 36 ~37kW·h/t cl (water cooling system). The employees of CUCC Anxian are exploring actively and strive for a new updated indicator.
