CUCC Anyang Cement Co., Ltd. is the core enterprise of China Building Materials Group Corporation cement business segments - China United Cement Corporation.
In the project design and construction, we adhered to technical innovation and energy saving, and actively adopted international advanced energy-saving technologies and new equipment. Raw material grinding system applied vertical mill finish grinding system, the mill applied German Pfeiffer MPS5000B mill; burning system applied Nanjing Kisen self-developed and independent intellectual property right owned five-stage cyclone preheater with online spouting calciner, rotary kiln and proven third generation grate cooler. The system can not only adapt to burn anthracite and use gangue to replace part of raw material and fuels, and has advantage of low exhaust gas temperature, low system resistance, low energy consumption, high yield; the cement grinding system applied the most advanced and reliable at the time of a combination grinding system, the front half was combined with Φ1600×1400mm roller press + V-type separator + air box pulse bag filter + exhaust fan, the rear half was combined with Φ4.2×13m cement mill + O-sepa efficient separator + air box pulse bag filter + exhaust fan.
This project attached great importance to saving energy and reducing emission and resource utilization. For the protection of land resources and improvement of ecological environment, a large amount of local industrial waste was consumed annually; utilization rate of recycling water was above 97%. Wastewater treatment design according to reclaimed water, zero discharge of wastewater, all reclaimed water was available for green watering; at the same time, for utilization of waste heat resources, a set of 9MW supporting waste heat generation system was designed and constructed, and the power generated was used for clinker production for this project.
The project insisted on "people-oriented" ideas in design, construction and management. All designs, such as general layout, process, architecture, construction and other designs were taken various measures to optimize and whole plant greening and beautification were performed, so that the plant general layout was reasonable, plant was beautiful, production process was simple, transportation organization was reasonable, and achieved satisfactory results in environmental protection, dust and noise prevention, and achieved widespread praise.
The production line is controlled by Distributed Computer System (DCS) central control to achieve a high degree of automation and integrated management of production data of the production process, to ensure product quality, increase productivity, and reduce production costs. Water facilities is installed with online ultrasonic flowmeter monitoring, implementing production inner water circulating, zero emissions, rotary kiln is installed with exhaust gas online monitoring system, the process flow is fully closed, important positions are equipped with CCTV monitors, smoke, dust and exhaust emissions satisfy the latest national environmental standards.
The project operating indicators have reached the advanced national level, and controlled investment costs in the design and construction process, giving owner good economic and social benefits.
