On the afternoon of November 11, the company held a 2019 annual three-standard management system management review meeting in the 1603 meeting room. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Feng Jianhua, and more than 30 participants from the administrative meeting attended the meeting.

Cao Jiuyu, Deputy General Manager of the Equipment Business Department and Deputy Director of the Technology Center, reviewed the annual three-standard system operation of the Equipment Business Department and the Technology Center, focusing on reporting on market operation, project construction, and supplier management, and put forward improvement suggestions for the department's future work.

Fang Hua, Minister of the Technical Information Department and Quality and Safety Department, mainly reported on the implementation of the three-standard system, the execution of basic resources, the safety management work, and the knowledge management work.

Ni Yongming, Minister of the Operation Management Department, mainly reported on the completion of the main economic target tasks such as the contract amount, effective contract amount, project charges, and historical project charges signed from January to October this year.

Ding Jie, director of the Zidian Design Institute, introduced the annual operation of the department's three-standard system, focusing on the completion of the department's annual target tasks, the qualifications and capabilities of the department's professional and technical personnel, and the progress of the department's design work. He analyzed the problems existing in the implementation of the department's management system and put forward improvement suggestions.

Gao Aiguo, the management representative and deputy general manager, comprehensively reviewed and summarized the operation of the three-standard system since this year, and evaluated the suitability, sufficiency, and effectiveness of the company's management objectives, management guidelines, and management system operation. He believes that the operation of the three-standard system has been generally stable this year, the organizational structure and human resources are basically suitable and meet the needs of the company's development, the data collected from project management and operation management are accurate and timely, and the company has not had a single environmental, occupational health, and safety accident caused by management errors. At the same time, he also pointed out some problems existing in the system operation and put forward several suggestions and opinions on the key work of the next step of system management.

Feng Jianhua, the top manager and general manager, made a summary speech. He talked about several opinions from the review and experience of the company's production and operation work since this year, the analysis and thinking on the current situation, and the general tone of continuing to adhere to steady progress in the next year. He also put forward several specific requirements, including adhering to the bottom line to prevent risks, consolidating the foundation to seek stability in progress, daring to reform to stimulate motivation, and remembering the original intention and bravely shouldering the mission.
