From November 20th to 22nd, the audit experts from the Jiangsu Branch of China Classification Society conducted an annual surveillance audit of the company's three-standard system. General Manager Feng Jianhua, the highest manager of the company's three-standard system, and Deputy General Manager Gao Aiguo, the management representative, along with heads of relevant departments, attended the surveillance audit meeting.
During this audit, the experts, through on-site interviews and spot checks of daily file records, understood the operation of the company's system documents in business processes such as engineering design, consulting, procurement, and project construction management. They also audited the implementation of daily system monitoring, internal audits, and management reviews. The experts believed that the company's three-standard system is adaptable to the current business model, the system operates normally, ensuring the achievement of management objectives and continuous improvement, and recommended maintaining certification registration. While affirming the company's standardization work, the experts also put forward improvement suggestions and opinions on aspects such as hazard identification, identification of local laws and regulations, on-site management of general contracting projects, and the definition of individual departmental responsibilities. They hoped that the company would utilize the three-standard system management platform to continuously strengthen various management aspects, win more customers, and achieve more brilliant business performance.
Management representative and Deputy General Manager Gao Aiguo summarized that the company's three-standard system has been running for many years, effectively promoting the standardization, standardization, and compliance of the company's production and operation and management activities. The company will further strengthen pre-planning work and improve coordination among departments based on the suggestions from the audit team, and continuously improve the system in daily work.
Feng Jianhua, the highest manager of the three-standard system and General Manager, pointed out that the suggestions and opinions put forward by the audit experts from the Jiangsu Branch of China Classification Society are very valuable. The company will continue to strengthen environmental protection and occupational health and safety management, continuously optimize human resource allocation, continuously improve the company's operational efficiency and management level, and enable the company to better adapt to market and customer requirements.
