Two energy-saving technologies from the Technology Center were successfully selected for the "National Recommended Catalog of Industrial Energy-Saving Technologies and Equipment (2019)"

On September 10, 2019, the Nanjing Kaisheng Technology Center's defense team completed the expert defense of two energy-saving technologies with independent intellectual property rights in Room B202 of the China Science and Technology Hall in Beijing: "High-efficiency and low-resistance preheater system with staged combustion" and "Cement external circulation vertical mill technology".
The "High-efficiency and low-resistance preheater system with staged combustion" preheats the raw materials using the kiln tail gas in the preheater system, and decomposes the preheated raw materials in the decomposition furnace to reduce the burden on the rotary kiln and increase output; through integrated innovation, it achieves improved material dispersibility, reduced airflow velocity, multi-stage preheating, resulting in high efficiency and low resistance of the system, reducing coal and electricity consumption; and through staged combustion technology, it reduces NOx emissions from the kiln tail gas.
In the "Cement external circulation vertical mill technology", materials are fed from the center of the vertical mill, falling into the center of the grinding pan. The rotating grinding pan throws the materials to the periphery, and the pressurized grinding rollers grind the materials between the grinding pan. The ground materials are scraped out by the scraper of the vertical mill and discharged from the discharge port. Then, they are fed into the selection and separation system and the ball mill system by a bucket elevator. It can be configured with a ball mill as pre-grinding, combined grinding, or semi-final grinding, or as a final grinding system. It has low energy consumption and high efficiency.
On December 10, 2019, the "High-efficiency and low-resistance preheater system with staged combustion" and "Cement external circulation vertical mill technology" energy-saving technologies submitted by the Nanjing Kaisheng Technology Center were successfully selected for the "National Industrial Energy-Saving Technology and Equipment Recommendation Catalog (2019)", and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology website published the information as shown in the figure below.
