On April 30, Nanjing Kaisheng held a 2020 annual meeting on Party style and clean government construction and anti-corruption work, in-depth study of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, summarizing the work in 2019, analyzing the current situation, and deploying key tasks for 2020. The meeting was presided over by Gao Aiguo, member of the Party committee and deputy general manager, and more than 60 senior and middle-level party members and cadres attended the meeting.

　　Chen Changbai, deputy secretary of the Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, conveyed the spirit of the 2020 Party style and clean government construction and anti-corruption work conference of China National Building Materials International Engineering Group, and delivered a work report entitled "Fully Strengthening Political Construction, Continuously Strengthening Responsibility, and Unwaveringly Promoting the Deepening Development of Full and Strict Governance of the Party." The report summarized the Party style and clean government construction and anti-corruption work of Nanjing Kaisheng in 2019. In 2019, the company achieved certain results in six aspects: implementing the responsibility system for Party style and clean government construction, carrying out special rectification work, carrying out thematic education work, establishing a mechanism for preventing and controlling corruption risks, implementing the spirit of the eight-point regulation, and strictly maintaining party political life. In the past year, no party members, cadres, or employees of the company violated laws or disciplines, providing a strong political guarantee for the company's safe and stable development. Chen Changbai put forward six specific arrangements for the 2020 work. First, strengthen political supervision and integrate the requirements of upholding political integrity into the entire process of full and strict governance of the Party; second, standardize the operation of power and do a solid job in daily supervision; third, deepen the assessment of the responsibility system for Party style and clean government construction and promote the implementation of responsibilities at all levels; fourth, strictly implement the central eight-point regulation and persistently correct the "four winds"; fifth, comprehensively promote the system and mechanism of "not daring to be corrupt, cannot be corrupt, and do not want to be corrupt"; sixth, strengthen the self-construction of the discipline inspection team and improve its ability to perform its duties.

　　Feng Jianhua, secretary of the Party committee and general manager, delivered an important speech entitled "Unwaveringly Promoting Full and Strict Governance of the Party to Provide a Strong Political and Disciplinary Guarantee for the High-Quality Development of the Company." He emphasized that we should be guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and deeply study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the second, third, and fourth plenary sessions of the 19th Central Committee, and the fourth plenary session of the fourth Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. We should accurately grasp the new instructions of the central government on full and strict governance of the Party, consciously unify our thoughts and actions with the central government's various decisions and deployments on full and strict governance of the Party. We should accurately grasp the new deployments of Party style and clean government construction in state-owned enterprises, earnestly implement the work requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and always maintain the clarity and determination of "always being on the road" in full and strict governance of the Party; we should accurately grasp the deployment of the Party style and clean government construction and anti-corruption work conference of China National Building Materials Group and China National Building Materials International Engineering Group and the new requirements for Party style and clean government construction, and use typical cases as a warning to always keep the string of integrity and self-discipline tight.

　　Regarding the deepening of Party style and clean government construction and anti-corruption work in 2020, Feng Jianhua put forward five requirements around ensuring production and operation. First, practice the "two maintenances," strictly abide by political discipline, and ensure epidemic prevention and control and the resumption of work and production. Second, strengthen discipline building, create a good political ecology, do a good job in daily supervision, strengthen disciplinary action and accountability, and improve the effectiveness of evaluation. 　　Feng Jianhua emphasized that to ensure that all aspects of Party style and clean government construction are implemented, all party members and cadres should fully understand their responsibilities and missions, earnestly perform their duties, and ensure that all measures for full and strict governance of the Party are implemented. First, the company's Party committee should implement its main responsibilities, and Party style and clean government construction should be deployed, implemented, inspected, and assessed together with production and operation tasks; second, the discipline inspection department should strengthen its supervisory responsibilities, conduct daily and regular supervision in accordance with regulations, disciplines, and laws, strengthen disciplinary action and accountability, and seriously investigate and handle cases; third, leading cadres should perform their "dual responsibilities" and do a good job in Party style and clean government construction within their responsibilities; fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team, focus on the main responsibilities and tasks, and improve the ability to perform their duties.
