On April 30, Nanjing Kaisheng held its 2020 annual work meeting, comprehensively deploying the company's goals and key tasks for 2020. The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Gao Aiguo, and more than 60 senior and middle-level managers and technical personnel attended the meeting.

　　At the meeting, Party Secretary and General Manager Feng Jianhua delivered an important report entitled "Grasping Implementation, Focusing on High-Quality Development, and Achieving New Breakthroughs for Nanjing Kaisheng." The report pointed out that 2020 is a year with very heavy production and operation tasks for Nanjing Kaisheng. All cadres and employees should earnestly implement the spirit of the annual work meetings of China National Building Materials Group and China National Building Materials International Engineering Group, focusing on the engineering main business, grasping implementation, focusing all efforts, and comprehensively completing the 2020 production and operation targets, striving to promote high-quality development and achieve new breakthroughs for Nanjing Kaisheng.

　　Feng Jianhua analyzed the situation facing Nanjing Kaisheng under the global spread of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, and analyzed the domestic and international cement engineering environment and several major forces in the industry. For the 2020 work, Feng Jianhua put forward several requirements. First, resolutely implement the strategic deployment of China National Building Materials Group and China National Building Materials International Engineering Group, carefully study and consider the implementation of the group's strategy in the enterprise; earnestly implement the "3150" development strategy for the next 5 years proposed by China National Building Materials Group General Manager Cao Jianglin during his research and guidance visit to Nanjing Kaisheng. Third, consolidate basic management internally and enhance the ability to integrate the entire industrial chain externally to comprehensively achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement in engineering services. 　　Operations Director Ni Jian explained the main operating indicators for 2020, including operating income, net profit, contract value, charges, and labor productivity.

　　Feng Jianhua conducted an in-depth analysis of the main operating indicators, analyzed their interrelationships, and reiterated the concept and detailed composition of "gross margin," decomposing the "gross margin" to all employees. He requested all participants to raise their work positions and consciously and proactively link the work within their jurisdiction to the "gross margin."
