　　Ma Liyun delivered a special party lecture entitled "Adhering to Innovation-Driven Development and Seizing the Technological High Ground in the Intelligent, Digital, and Green Transformation of the Cement Industry." He lectured from four aspects: General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on innovative development, the contents of the communiqué of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the new concepts and keywords of the plenary session, and the current situation of technological innovation work in Nanjing Kaisheng. Combining the "4335" development strategy of China National Building Materials Group, Academician Peng Shou's interpretation of the necessity of innovative development, and the actual situation of Nanjing Kaisheng, Ma Liyun gave an insightful explanation of the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, enabling everyone to have a deeper and more thorough understanding.

　　After the lecture, Ma Liyun presided over a research symposium, carefully listening to the report by Feng Jianhua, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Nanjing Kaisheng, on the company's business performance, implementation of rectification following inspections, and party building work, and conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges with party members, cadres, and employee representatives on issues related to the company's reform and development and concerns of employees.
