At 3:30 pm on November 6th, the opening ceremony of the 2nd Nanjing Kaisheng Basketball Tournament was held at the basketball court of Nanjing International Service Outsourcing Industrial Park. Members of the company's five teams, senior and middle-level company leaders, and some employees in Nanjing attended the opening ceremony.

　　At the brief opening ceremony, the Process Team, the Self-Electricity Team, the Civil Engineering Team, and the General Manager's Team entered the field in formation. Vice General Manager Li Jiandong, representing the company's leadership, delivered an earnest and passionate speech at the opening ceremony. He hoped that all employees of Nanjing Kaisheng could balance work and life, being able to both manage a household and participate in social events, as well as play basketball. Subsequently, General Manager Feng Jianhua announced the official start of the 2nd Nanjing Kaisheng Men's Basketball Tournament. The first match between the Civil Engineering Team and the General Manager's Team immediately prepared, and at the moment Vice General Manager Li Dongfeng threw the ball, the two teams on the court immediately engaged in fierce competition.

　　Similar to the rules of the first tournament, this tournament has four quarters per game, each lasting 12 minutes. In the first quarter, the General Manager's Team took the lead, but in the following second quarter, the team did not score a single point, falling behind the Civil Engineering Team by 5 points. In the third quarter, thanks to the active efforts of Xiang Huawei (No. 3), the team scored 7 points, tying the score at 13:13. In the final 10 seconds, Xu Ke (No. 3) of the Civil Engineering Team won 2 crucial points for his team. Ultimately, they narrowly defeated the General Manager's Team by 1 point, with a final score of 19:18.

　　The second game was between the champion and runner-up of the previous basketball tournament—the Process Team and the Self-Electricity Team. The entire game was exciting and captivating. In the first quarter, the Self-Electricity Team took the initiative, with Xiang Yan (No. 7), Nian Jun (No. 24), and Guo Jihui (No. 21) quickly scoring 2 points each. However, the Process Team quickly found their rhythm, catching up quickly. At the end of the first quarter, they were still 1 point ahead of the Self-Electricity Team. In the following second and third quarters, both teams fought fiercely, but the Process Team proved stronger, with main players Yang Jiawei and Liu Hongliang scoring frequently. The Self-Electricity Team's pace was slightly disrupted, and they played more passively. In the fourth quarter, although the Self-Electricity Team's cooperation was good, they only outscored the Process Team by 2 points in that quarter. However, due to the large gap, they ultimately lost by a significant margin, scoring 27 points compared to the Process Team's 39 points.

　　In this game, both the Process Team and the Self-Electricity Team had many skilled players. Yang Jiawei of the Process Team was unstoppable under the basket, grabbing rebounds and dunking, scoring 16 points in a row. Xiang Yan of the Self-Electricity Team showed high-level skills in breakthroughs, passing, and shooting, scoring 11 points. Guo Jihui of the Self-Electricity Team and Liu Hongliang of the Process Team also played very flexibly, scoring 10 and 9 points respectively, adding many highlights to the game.

　　The participating players fully embodied the spirit of the banner in the basketball court: "Friendship First, Competition Second." They obeyed the referees, respected their opponents and the audience, maintaining good sportsmanship and team spirit, reflecting the positive image of Nanjing Kaisheng. The cheerleaders from various departments of the company performed their duties diligently, bringing cheerleaders, small trumpets, and enthusiastic cheers, creating a lively and civilized atmosphere for the game. The Party Committee and the Trade Union actively prepared in advance, ordering uniforms and stopwatches, booking the venue, and preparing drinking water and emergency medical supplies, providing reliable logistical support for the competition.
