On the afternoon of January 22, Nanjing Kaisheng's annual New Year's Eve gala was held at the Nanyi Theater. More than 500 employees from three companies—Kaisheng International, Kaisheng Kaineng, and Kaisheng Installation—gathered together to enjoy this two-and-a-half-hour cultural feast.

　　Ten beautiful women and six handsome men ignited the atmosphere of the gala with their passionate opening dance, "Spanish Fire." The excitement continued throughout the evening, featuring lyrical, passionate, humorous, cheerful, fresh, dynamic, charming, and graceful performances. The entire gala was full of highlights.

　　A Play on Life

　　The performance "Non-Sheng Disturbance" by the General Mine, Technology and Economics, and Engineering Design departments was a dramatic interpretation of "If You Are the One." The show was full of jokes, and the audience laughed continuously. The program was quite similar to "If You Are the One" in terms of content, process structure, background music, character arrangement, guest introduction methods, even the female guests' speeches and tone, but it also added some dramatic elements, such as the male-dressed female guest No. 1, the "four-good men" mate selection theory of female guest No. 4, and male guest No. 2's occasional disruption of the scene. The program was lighthearted and funny, with lines like male guest No. 1's statement, "As long as the leader doesn't find me, I'll always be in your service area," and his final shout, "Give me a girl, and I can create a nation," bringing the house down.

　　The skit "Crowded Bus," presented by Kaisheng Kaineng, told small stories that happen on an ordinary bus, including "the card-swiping incident," "the seat-yielding incident," "the comrade incident," and "the thief incident." As various stories unfolded, the lyrics of the Nanjing dialect song "Crowded Bus" appeared in the audience's ears. The program vividly reflected the bus life of city dwellers, resonating with many viewers.

　　The cross-talk act "Our Half Year" by the Civil Engineering Institute vividly depicted the life of new employees as fresh faces in the workplace. Work, study, relationships—the new employees' first six months were quite flavorful.

　　Deeply Moving

　　The poem recitation "Triumphant Song of Kaisheng," performed by the General Mine Institute, perfectly interpreted the entrepreneurial journey of Nanjing Kaisheng and the experiences of Kaisheng people. Gao Yue and Wuri Na's performance was generous and lyrical. Accompanied by the lyrical recitation, the electronic screen continuously flashed historical clips of Kaisheng since its establishment. The wonderful audio-visual art recreated the work scenes of Kaisheng people: "On site, during the hot summer, when the heat is unbearable, we don't seek the coolness of the air-conditioned room; in the company, when night falls and the lights come on, we don't linger in the colorful world." It also showed the confidence and determination of Kaisheng people facing the future: "Triumphant and prosperous, we will write a glorious chapter of the new era on this fertile land with our sweat! "

　　The song medley by the Enterprise Management Department, the solo performance of "The Raging Life" and "Building the Future" by the Self-Electricity Institute, and the ballet "Russian Dance Steps" performed by employee family member Wu Zhuoya also allowed the audience to indulge in lyrical emotions.

　　Passionate and Energetic

　　The dance "Beauty Trick" by the Process Institute gave the audience a taste of the fiery Indian style; the dance "Mechanical Boy" by the Technology Center, with elements such as work clothes, safety helmets, finger lights, and masks, awakened Kaisheng people's memories of on-site work; the dance "Magic Mirror" by the Installation Company fully demonstrated the power of youth; and the street dance performed by employee family member Kang Aixin and others was full of dynamism, showcasing the vibrant vitality of the post-90s fashion youth.

　　Adorable and Innocent

　　The dance "Girls' Generation," performed by the beautiful women of the Comprehensive Department, dressed in rabbit costumes, tank tops, shorts, sneakers, and cute dance moves, satisfied the audience's pursuit of cuteness. The campus dance "Campus Morning," performed by employee family members Jin Xiu, Ji Xueping, Wang Yuxin, and Zhang Zixin, depicted a pure and beautiful campus sentiment, which was eye-catching.

　　The dance "The Eighth Set of Radio Gymnastics," performed by a group of boys from the Civil Engineering Institute, often made people laugh. The situational fashion show performed by the Comprehensive Department, featuring national costumes, sportswear, suits, and cheongsams, combined with various domestic and foreign film and television scenes, was humorous.

　　At the gala, Guangxi Jinli, Anyang Zhonglian, and Nanjing Zhonglian general contracting project departments also sent New Year's greetings videos, expressing their New Year's wishes to all employees in Nanjing.

　　General Manager Feng delivered a speech at the gala, saying that while the gala was being held in Nanjing, hundreds of employees from Kaisheng International, the Installation Company, and the Kaineng Company were still working diligently at project sites in Anyang, Henan; Guangxi Jinli; and Nanjing Zhonglian. This Spring Festival, more than 30 engineers from Kaisheng International and more than 100 workers from the Installation Company will remain at the general contracting site. He called on all employees in Nanjing to express their sincere respect to them. He also expressed his hopes for all employees, hoping that everyone will work together to build a better tomorrow for Nanjing Kaisheng.

　　After judging, the Civil Engineering Institute won the Best Organization Award, and the Process Institute's "Beauty Trick" and the General Mine, Technology and Economics, and Engineering Design Department's "Non-Sheng Disturbance" won the Jury's Grand Prize.

　　This gala received consistent high attention from the company's leadership. The company allocated special funds, established a preparatory group, upgraded the stage level, and hired a professional director. The event organizer—the trade union—made great efforts, completing a series of complex tasks, from gala planning and creative design to personnel arrangements, program rehearsals, venue selection, prop rentals, award setting, scoring standard formulation, stage lighting and sound effects, and on-site atmosphere. Compared with last year, the company's business was busier this year. The actors seized the opportunity to rehearse in a short period of time, presenting such a wonderful spiritual feast, which was truly remarkable.
