On September 19, Nanjing Kaisheng participated in the "Sing for the Motherland" event held by China National Building Materials Group's enterprises in Nanjing to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Liu Zhijiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of China National Building Materials Group; Cui Xingtai, Standing Committee Member and Vice President of China National Building Materials Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China United Cement; and Gu Chao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China National Building Materials Co., Ltd., attended the event. Approximately 1500 people participated, including Miao Xiaoling, Director of the Party and Mass Work Department of China National Building Materials Group; relevant responsible comrades from the Party and Mass Work Department of China United Cement; and performance teams and employee representatives from the Group's enterprises in Nanjing.

　　This event was jointly organized by China United Cement's Nanjing enterprises, including Nanjing Zhonglian Concrete, Nanjing Zhonglian Cement, and Jiangsu Shuanglong United. Ten units participated, including the Jiangsu General Team of the Geological Exploration Center, Nanjing Mining Engineering, Nanjing Kaisheng, Nanjing Light Machinery, Lishui Tianshan Cement, Nanjing Fiberglass Institute, and China National Materials (Nanjing).

　　The event kicked off with Nanjing Zhonglian Cement's performance of "China, China, the Power of Revival." With enthusiastic conducting and smooth accompaniment, employees from various enterprises sang moving melodies with high spirits, expressing their boundless love for the great motherland and their heartfelt blessings for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. With flags waving and songs soaring, classic songs such as "Glory and Dreams," "Long Live the Motherland," "Labor Supports the Chinese Dream," "Oriental Pearl," and "Never Forgetting Our Original Aspiration" echoed for a long time. Finally, leaders including Liu Zhijiang went on stage and sang "Sing for the Motherland" together with all the performers and audience members.

　　Nanjing Kaisheng's choir's performance of "Flowers and Young People" featured a melodious and high-pitched tune, a free and unrestrained style, and a sunny and fresh image, attracting the attention of many audience members.

　　After the event, Liu Zhijiang convened a thematic education symposium on "Never Forgetting Our Original Aspiration, Keeping Our Mission in Mind" for enterprises in Nanjing. The meeting was chaired by Cui Xingtai, and attended by the main Party and government leaders of enterprises in Nanjing. At the symposium, the heads of various enterprises in Nanjing reported on their operations, Party building, and the progress of thematic education.

　　Liu Zhijiang stated that the enterprises in Nanjing involve major sectors such as cement, engineering, and new materials, and are typical representatives within the China National Building Materials Group. He indicated that the "Sing for the Motherland" event is an important embodiment of the China National Building Materials Group's corporate culture, praising the event's rich content and tight schedule, and expressing congratulations and gratitude to the enterprises in Nanjing. He also commented on and fully affirmed the work of the enterprises in Nanjing.

　　Regarding future work, particularly the implementation of the "Never Forgetting Our Original Aspiration, Keeping Our Mission in Mind" thematic education, Liu Zhijiang put forward four requirements: First, to use the thematic education as an opportunity to inspire enthusiasm and responsibility, and to fully exceed the annual targets; second, to earnestly carry out the thematic education, integrating it with production and operation, ensuring that ideological understanding, problem inspection, rectification, and organizational leadership are all in place; third, to effectively grasp safety and stability, creating a strong atmosphere to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China; and fourth, to make good use of resources, improve resource coordination in the Nanjing region, and promote the overall competitiveness of the Group.
