  After the on-site inspection and listening to the report, Yu Mingqing fully affirmed the construction of the Gajah Tunggal project, on-site safe and civilized construction, integrated development, and localized management, and put forward hopes and requirements for the next step of the Gajah Tunggal project department's work. He pointed out that overseas project construction should respect local customs, actively integrate into the local economic development environment, and strive to become "international people"; earnestly implement the group's safety production requirements, further strengthen on-site safety management, and fully implement the safety production responsibility system; strengthen the hidden danger investigation of key areas on the project site, and eliminate risk blind spots; strengthen the clean risk control during the project construction, and ensure that risk control measures are implemented in place in terms of system and organization; at the same time, we should also strengthen humanistic care for project frontline employees, and effectively enhance the combat effectiveness and cohesion of the Party organization, making new and greater contributions to the group's "six-in-one" international development.

  Zhang Jian fully affirmed the project department's safe and civilized construction management work and put forward the following requirements: First, strengthen the safety awareness of "safety production, the alarm bell must always ring", keep in mind the ancient saying of "ninety percent of the journey is completed only halfway", and there should be no relaxation in safety production work. Second, use the HSE management system as a benchmark for safety production management, and implement the measures and responsibilities for identifying hazards and reducing risks to the post personnel level by level, so that the HSE management system can truly operate in a standardized manner from top to bottom, reflecting the work requirements of "full participation, risk control, continuous improvement, and ensuring performance". Third, we must have an internationalized development concept, communicate and learn more with excellent brother units that have gone out earlier, learn from their successful experiences in safety management, and use advanced management methods such as informatization and informatization to serve safety production management.
