In response to the call of the company's Party branch and to enhance the Party spirit of all Party members, the Technical Center Party branch held a special Party lesson on the theme of "Remembering the Initial Aspiration, Bearing in Mind the Mission, and Being a Qualified Party Member" on the afternoon of December 13. Li Dongfeng, the company's deputy general manager, served as the lecturer for the Party lesson. Chen Changbai, the deputy secretary of the company's Party branch, delivered a speech. A total of 30 people, including all Party members and several prospective Party members from the Technical Center Party branch, participated in the training.

　　Comrade Li Dongfeng emphasized in the training that the Communist Party of China is a strong party and a wise party. The reason why the Party is strong and wise is because it constantly reflects on itself and keeps pace with the times. Guided by Marxism-Leninism, the Communist Party of China continuously adapts to China's national conditions, taking Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of "Three Represents," the Scientific Outlook on Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guiding principles. It practices the fundamental purpose of wholeheartedly serving the people and strives to achieve the lofty ideal of communism.

　　Comrade Li Dongfeng pointed out that a qualified Communist Party member must be clear in theory in order to be close to, obey, and uphold the Party in action; must truly learn, understand, believe in, and apply the Party Constitution, Party regulations, and series of speeches; and must remember the mission and the initial aspiration of working for the welfare of the people. Communist Party members must unswervingly follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, study scientific theories, practice the "five-in-one" and "four-comprehensive" development strategies, and strive to achieve the two centenary goals of the Communist Party of China. Comrade Li Dongfeng combined the rapid rise of China's economic aggregate since the reform and opening up, especially since China's accession to the WTO, to illustrate the historical achievements of the Communist Party of China in leading the Chinese people towards prosperity and strength, with its initial aspiration of working for the welfare of the people and its courage to promote reform and innovation.

　　In the class, Comrade Li Dongfeng also shared General Secretary Xi's speech at the commemoration of the 120th anniversary of Comrade Liu Shaoqi's birth. Finally, he analyzed the current global and domestic situations, analyzed the development positioning of the Technical Center and Equipment Division, the recent project difficulties encountered, the direction of departmental development, and the relationship between departmental development and individual employee development, discussed the opportunities and challenges facing the Technical Center and Equipment Division, and put forward several hopes and requirements for all Party members of the Technical Center: First, build confidence and face difficulties optimistically; second, strengthen learning and seize opportunities; third, pay attention to teamwork and demonstrate the noble character of Party members.

　　Chen Changbai, deputy secretary of the company's Party branch, fully affirmed the Party building work of the Technical Center Party branch in recent years. He believes that the Technical Center Party branch has fully integrated Party member learning with production and operation, and its Party building work is lively, innovative, practical, and outstanding.

　　Comrade Chen Changbai emphasized the importance of Party building work, and the outstanding achievements of the Technical Center and Equipment Division are inseparable from the correct leadership of the Party branch. The Party branch should respond to the Party's call, implement the "two studies and one practice" for Party members, improve the Party spirit of Party members, and continue to closely integrate Party building work with production work. He pointed out that the development of Party members is an important aspect of Party building work, and the Technical Center Party branch should absorb practical elites who are brave in innovation and dare to take responsibility into the Party, and build the branch into a branch with strong combat effectiveness and the courage to fight hard battles.
