From November 11th to 13th, audit experts from the Jiangsu branch of China Classification Society conducted an annual supervision audit of the company's three-standard system. General Manager Feng Jianhua, the company's highest manager of the three-standard system, Vice General Manager Gao Aiguo, the management representative, and heads of relevant departments attended the supervision audit meeting.

　　During this audit, the experts, through on-site interviews and random checks of daily files and records, understood the changes, release, and operation of the new version of the system documents in engineering design, procurement, and project construction management business processes since the adjustment of the company's organizational structure. They also audited the implementation of daily system monitoring, internal audits, and management reviews. The experts believed that the company's new three-standard system is adaptable to the current organizational structure and functions, the system operates normally, ensuring the achievement of management goals and continuous improvement, and recommended maintaining certification registration. While affirming the company's standardization work, the experts also put forward improvement suggestions and opinions on hazard identification and general contractor project site management. They hoped that the company would use the three-standard system management platform to continuously strengthen various managements, win more customers, and achieve more brilliant business performance.

　　Management representative and Vice General Manager Gao Aiguo summarized that the company's three-standard system has been in operation for many years, and employees' understanding and implementation of the three-standard system have continuously improved, effectively promoting the standardization, standardization, and compliance of the company's production and operation and management activities. In September last year, the company adjusted its organizational structure and functions, optimized relevant business processes, and released and implemented a new version of the system documents on January 1, 2018, based on fully soliciting opinions from various departments. The company will further improve the information platform construction, promote the effective combination of the three-standard system and the information platform, continue to optimize and solidify some business processes, and further improve the implementation level of the system, based on the suggestions of the audit team.

　　Feng Jianhua, the highest manager of the three-standard system and general manager, pointed out that the purpose of the company's adjustment of its organization and functions this time is to establish a business process centered on project execution. All departments should make full use of this effective management platform of the three-standard management system, carefully study and understand the improvement opinions and suggestions put forward by the supervision and audit experts, strengthen the daily execution and management of the system, continuously improve the company's operational efficiency and management level, and enable the company to better adapt to market and customer requirements.
