Smart Manufacturing Business Unit organized team building training activity

On November 10th, the Intelligent Manufacturing Division held a training activity themed "Challenge Yourself, Teamwork" at the Lishui Shiqiu base. This activity aimed to strengthen team communication, break through self-limits, and enhance teamwork and innovation.
This training primarily used experiential expansion activities. Participants were divided into three teams and engaged in activities including icebreakers, 5-minute challenges, and navigating a laser maze. Teams brainstormed, cooperated, and utilized everyone's strengths to successfully complete each challenge. In the 5-minute challenge, the results far exceeded individual expectations, demonstrating that teamwork can achieve great results. In the laser maze challenge, the team completed the challenge within the expected time and made progress, but did not fully break through, reflecting how habitual thinking can hinder innovation and breakthroughs.
This activity broadened participants' thinking, stimulated their potential, fostered mutual understanding and communication, and strengthened team cohesion. Participants expressed their intention to integrate the experience and positive energy from this activity into their work, facing future challenges with renewed vigor.
