The Construction Party branch held an organizational life meeting

On the afternoon of October 19, the Civil Engineering Party Branch held an organizational life meeting for democratic appraisal of party members. The meeting was presided over by Han Yang, Secretary of the Civil Engineering Party Branch, and all party members of the branch attended.
At the meeting, Comrade Han Yang first reported the team's self-examination materials from the branch's democratic life meeting to the branch members. He identified problems, analyzed causes, and proposed rectification measures from several aspects including theoretical study, connecting with the masses, innovative work, and work implementation. He also encouraged everyone to be humble and practical in completing the company's design tasks.
Comrade Lin Xuanwei, Chief Engineer of Structural Engineering, took the lead in the self-examination, and branch members conducted self-criticism one by one. Everyone openly shared their thoughts, deeply analyzed and identified their shortcomings and gaps, humbly accepted criticism from other members, clarified the direction of future efforts, and also offered reasonable opinions and suggestions to other party members of the branch.
Through this democratic life meeting, all party members underwent a serious exercise in internal party political life, further strengthening the concept of the party and improving party spirit cultivation. It also further promoted the role of the branch as a fighting fortress and the exemplary role of party members. The meeting achieved the goal of open and honest communication, deepening understanding, mutual assistance, and enhancing unity.
