The cement grinding system of the Haiyan Qinshan Nanfang project, a general contracting project undertaken by Nanjing Kaisheng, has recently passed on-site debugging and optimization. The equipment operates stably and reliably, and various indicators exceed the contract requirements, successfully obtaining the performance appraisal certificate.
The project is designed to produce 4 million tons of cement annually, and the grinding system is a semi-finished grinding system composed of a "roller press system + ball mill system". During the appraisal period, using combined grinding operation, the average hourly output of P.O42.5 cement was 224t/h, and the power consumption of the grinding process (including water and electricity) was 23.6kWh/t, which is better than the contractually agreed output of 180t/h and power consumption of 26kWh/t. The specific surface area of the cement is 343m2/kg, and the dust emission concentration is less than 10mg/Nm3. In the later stage, if the mineral powder mixing system is put into use and the semi-finished grinding system is used for production, the system power consumption will be further reduced.
During the planning process of this project, special emphasis was placed on energy saving, environmental protection design, and construction and installation quality. The organized dust emission concentration of the entire plant is no higher than 10mg/Nm3, and the conveying corridors and frames are fully enclosed. In the design and planning process, special attention was paid to the scientific and rationality of the system scheme and equipment selection. The grinding system focuses on improving production, reducing consumption, ensuring safety, and environmental protection. During construction, the project team worked hard to overcome unfavorable factors such as poor site geological conditions, large construction workload, complex construction processes, small site area, rising raw material prices, and rainy season construction. They organized construction reasonably and successfully completed the construction schedule while ensuring safety and quality. In terms of production operation, the cement grinding system can be freely switched according to factors such as the cement sales market. Its product adaptability is strong, and it has a very strong competitive advantage.
