The re-election of Nanjing Kaisheng's Second Labor Union Committee was a complete success.

On the afternoon of July 26, the first meeting of the Second Congress of Employee Representatives and Trade Union Members was held in the company's 1603 conference room. The main agenda of the meeting was to elect members of the second trade union committee. 38 employee representatives and trade union member representatives, along with 19 non-voting delegates, attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the conference, Kang Yusan, chairman of the first trade union, delivered the "Trade Union Work Report" to all representatives, reporting on the achievements of the trade union in strengthening its own construction, carrying out democratic management, helping employees protect their rights, organizing cultural and sports activities, and participating in public welfare activities, and summarizing the shortcomings in the trade union's work.

Before this conference, the company organized all employees to elect 43 second-term employee representatives and trade union member representatives. Each employee representative, organized into groups, had already elected trade union committee candidates. The Party General Branch centralized opinions and determined 11 candidates. Five representatives were absent from this conference due to illness or personal matters, and the remaining 38 representatives attended the meeting. The conference elected 9 new trade union committee members from 11 candidates by secret ballot, forming the new trade union committee.

Comrade Li Jiandong, Secretary of the Company's Party General Branch and Deputy General Manager, announced the election results and, on behalf of the company's Party General Branch, extended warm congratulations to the successful convening of the Second Congress of Employee Representatives and Trade Union Members and to the newly elected second-term trade union committee members. He also put forward several hopes for all employee representatives and trade union member representatives, combining them with the company's development situation and requirements. He hoped that all representatives would focus on the company's current development tasks, fully tap their own potential, play a leading and exemplary role, motivate and inspire other employees, and promote the company's transformation and development to a new level.
