The company's 2018 new employee training was a complete success

On the afternoon of July 6th, the 2018 new employee onboarding training, lasting two and a half days, concluded successfully, with over 50 new employees participating.

This training aimed to help new employees understand Nanjing Kaisheng's history, current situation, and future development plans; solidify their career choices; familiarize them with the company's management system and business processes; cultivate a sense of belonging and identification with the company; help them adapt to the transition to their professional roles; and smoothly integrate into the Nanjing Kaisheng family.


Company leaders in Nanjing held a brief meeting with the new employees. After each new employee introduced themselves, General Manager Feng Jianhua delivered the first lecture. Mr. Feng comprehensively introduced Nanjing Kaisheng's development history, affiliations, market performance, innovative achievements, internal management, corporate strategy, development philosophy, and corporate culture, revealing the "Kaisheng Logic" and "Kaisheng Spirit" behind Nanjing Kaisheng's growth, and outlining Nanjing Kaisheng's future development blueprint. Finally, combining Nanjing Kaisheng's employee behavioral standards and career development needs, Mr. Feng urged new employees to strengthen their self-cultivation in their careers with the "six good" standards, transforming their education into knowledge and their hard work into results.

Design Director Zhu Xiaobin lectured on the main work and basic requirements of the engineering company's design business and on-site services. Engineering Director Wang Tao explained the main content, procedures, and responsibilities of the engineering project execution department in engineering project management.

Hu Xiong hua, Deputy Director of the Quality and Safety Department, introduced the overview of the Quality and Safety Department and the company's safety management work; Zhou Rijun, Director of the Asset and Finance Department, introduced the procedures for financial loans, reimbursements, and salary card applications, as well as an overview of the Finance Department; and the Deputy Director of the Administration and Human Resources Department introduced the main administrative and human resources regulations, including workplace etiquette, labor relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, professional qualifications, and reward and punishment management.
The lecturers prepared and delivered their lectures meticulously, and the trainees listened attentively and took notes, interacting actively, creating a lively atmosphere and demonstrating significant participation and competitiveness.

The trainees also visited Nanjing Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd., gaining a preliminary and intuitive understanding of the cement production line. Many trainees expressed their intention to focus on their work, stay grounded, closely integrate their professional knowledge and skills with engineering practice, improve themselves through practice, and continuously make progress.

The new employee training achieved its expected results.
