On the afternoon of June 22, Zhang Hai, Deputy General Manager of China National Building Materials Group Corporation, conducted a field research at the company, accompanied by Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group's Enterprise Management Department, Pu Tai'an, General Manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of China National Materials Co., Ltd., Han Xiao, business supervisor of the Group's Enterprise Management Department, and some of the company's leading members based in Nanjing.
Zhang and his team visited the company's laboratory, archives, process design institute, technology center, fitness center, rooftop garden, and conference center. He showed great interest in the company's self-developed equipment, such as the external circulation vertical mill and the fourth-generation cooling machine, as well as its intelligent manufacturing technology, and had a cordial exchange with some of the company's employees.
General Manager Feng Jianhua briefed Zhang and his team on Nanjing Kaiseng's development history, market performance, technological innovation, internal management, financial operation, party building and democratic management, and the key tasks for 2018.
Zhang spoke highly of the achievements the company has made in the past 16 years. He stated that through indirect understanding and on-site investigation, he learned that Nanjing Kaiseng is a very excellent enterprise. Although its establishment in the Group's engineering sector is relatively recent, it has achieved good business performance, standardized internal management, and significant achievements in safe production, with its employees full of energy, leaving a deep impression on him. At the same time, he also put forward several hopes for the company's future work: firstly, he hopes that Nanjing Kaiseng will continue to implement its own production and operation work in accordance with the Group's annual and monthly work deployment, focusing on improving business operations; secondly, to implement the work of reducing costs in accordance with the Group's financial requirements; and thirdly, to continue to attach great importance to safety production work and ensure that no safety accidents occur. Finally, Zhang wished Nanjing Kaiseng continued success, higher income for its cadres and employees, and a better life for everyone.
