To further enrich the cultural life of employees after work, strengthen corporate culture construction, and enhance corporate cohesion, on May 24, Nanjing Kaisheng grandly held its first sports meet at Qingliangshan Sports School. This sports meet included a total of 9 events: men's and women's 100 meters, men's and women's 400 meters, men's and women's shot put, women's 4x50 meters, men's 4x100 meters, men's 1500 meters, synchronized running, group skipping rope, and tug-of-war. A total of more than 400 employees from Kaisheng International, Kaisheng Kaineng, and Kaisheng Installation, forming 16 teams, participated in this sports meet.

　　At 9 am, accompanied by inspiring music, each team entered the stadium with full enthusiasm and high spirits, marching with steady and uniform steps. General Manager Feng Jianhua delivered the opening speech and announced the start of the sports meet. After the representatives of the referees and athletes took the oath, all employees completed warm-up exercises under the guidance of coaches, fully preparing for the official start of the sports meet.

　　With the referee's whistle, the various events officially began. The men's and women's 100-meter races were thrilling. After the gunshot, the athletes rushed towards the finish line like arrows from a bow. After two rounds of fierce competition in the preliminaries and finals, Fang Wei from Kaisheng Kaineng, Xia Li from the Engineering Design Department, and Guan Ruifeng from the General Mine Design Institute won the championships in the men's middle-aged group, women's group, and men's youth group 100-meter races, respectively.

　　The 400-meter race is the longest sprint event, testing the athletes' speed and endurance. After a fierce struggle, Luo Chunze from the Asset and Finance Department and Zhang Yue from the Engineering Procurement Department won the championships in the men's middle-aged group and women's group, respectively.

　　The shot put event attracted a large number of spectators; the small shot put gathered everyone's hopes and dreams. With standard posture, skilled techniques, and excellent abilities, Shi Hongxia from the Electrical Design Institute, Yang Jiawei from the Domestic Market Department, and Wu Xingqiu from the Electrical Design Institute won first place in the women's group, men's youth group, and men's middle-aged group, respectively.

　　The women's 4x50-meter and men's 4x100-meter races were very intense, attracting a large number of spectators. Everyone watched intently, cheering for the athletes from time to time. After fierce competition, relying on their outstanding individual abilities and tacit cooperation, You Junhong, Tong Ying, Wang Qin, and Yu Fang from Kaisheng Kaineng, and Xiao Liany, Liang Zhe, Guan Ruifeng, and Xiang Huawei from the General Mine Design Institute won the championships in the women's and men's groups of these two events, respectively.

　　The men's youth group 1500-meter race was the most endurance-testing track and field event of this sports meet. Although it was a great test of physical strength and endurance, the athletes of Nanjing Kaisheng were fearless, with as many as 50 people signing up. Everyone overcame the double test of physical strength and willpower, and all persevered to finish the race. Colleagues lined up on both sides of the track, applauding and cheering for them. In the end, Chen Xin from the Intelligent Manufacturing Business Unit won the championship with his solid basic skills.

　　The synchronized running, group skipping rope, and tug-of-war events were the team competition events of this sports meet. The synchronized running event brought together 11 teams. Everyone started the synchronized running "journey" with their legs tied together. The Civil Engineering Institute won first place in this event with its high degree of tacit understanding and speed.

　　The group skipping rope and tug-of-war events attracted 15 and 14 teams, respectively, and were the events with the most participants and the most eye-catching in this sports meet. The rope flew up and down, and the team members moved in and out in a figure-eight pattern, their movements so skillful and their rhythm so precise that it was amazing. The Engineering Management Department and the Engineering Construction Department won first place in this competition with their high degree of tacit understanding and strong teamwork ability, completing 280 jumps in 3 minutes without a single miss.

　　The atmosphere at the tug-of-war event was very tense and enthusiastic. Each team lined up, holding the rope tightly. Before the referee's whistle blew, they secretly exerted their strength, and as soon as the whistle blew, they pulled with all their might. The team members ignored their red hands and sweat-drenched heads, gritting their teeth and refusing to relax. As the red cloth moved back and forth near the boundary line, the hearts of the spectators were also raised to their throats. After four rounds of competition, the General Office and the Administrative and Human Resources Department finally won first place in the tug-of-war.

　　After a day of fierce competition, this sports meet came to a successful conclusion. A total of 42 awards were presented, fully demonstrating the high spirits and enthusiasm of the participants and showcasing the united, progressive, and courageous spirit of Nanjing Kaisheng people. This sports meet was well-organized, innovative in content, and had wide participation, enlivening the company's cultural atmosphere and inspiring a positive corporate spirit. The sports meet is over, but the spirit of struggle on the sports field will encourage us to continue working hard and create a new chapter.
