On the afternoon of November 21, the company held a 2017 annual three-standard system management review meeting in the 16th-floor meeting room. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Feng Jianhua, and some administrative meeting participants attended the meeting.

　　At the beginning of the meeting, Fang Hua, Minister of Quality and Safety Department, introduced the system review situation this year from the aspects of the operation of the three-standard system this year, resource support, and deficiencies in the operation of the system. Wang Dong, director of the Technology Center, Wu Junfu, minister of the Engineering Design Department, and Ding Jie, deputy director of the Zidian Design Institute, respectively reported and exchanged experiences on the operation of the three-standard system in their respective departments. The speeches of the three representative departments covered the basic personnel situation of the departments, the control of the design and technological development process, and the identification of environmental and hazard factors.

　　Gao Aiguo, the company's management representative and deputy general manager, made a comprehensive analysis and summary of the operation of the company's three-standard system over the past year. He affirmed the achievements made by the company in the operation of the three-standard system in 2017, and at the same time pointed out that the company still has problems such as inadequate work planning, inadequate use of information technology, and insufficient human resources in new institutions.

He pointed out that over the past year, in the face of a complex and changing external market environment, the three-standard management system has paid more attention to the effectiveness of planning and the identification and control of risks, and the company's risk prediction and response capabilities have been enhanced. Under unfavorable conditions such as great pressure on construction periods and multiple on-site cross-operations, various project departments strictly implemented the three-standard system and various regulations of project management, and the design department also implemented the regulations and requirements related to design in the system. In the past year, the company has not had any accidents in terms of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, customer satisfaction is generally high, and the company's management goals have been achieved overall. This year, in order to better adapt to the operation mode of engineering companies, after repeated discussions and external investigations and exchanges, the company's leadership has made significant adjustments to the organizational structure and middle-level cadres.

　　Finally, General Manager Feng put forward several requirements for the 2018 standard implementation work, hoping that all departments will implement them: First, the first draft of the company's new version of the three-standard system documents will soon be sent to various departments for comments. It is required that each department carefully sort out the business processes related to its department and put forward suggestions; second, the heads of each department should take the lead in familiarizing themselves with the system documents, especially the new department leaders and newly appointed young leaders should pay more attention to learning and quickly familiarize themselves with the department's business procedures and requirements; third, cadres should stand at the strategic height of the company's long-term development, constantly learn, summarize, think, and continuously improve management level.
