On January 31, 2017, Nanjing Kaisheng International Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully held its 2017 annual summary and commendation conference. Sun Jian'an, executive vice president of China National Building Materials International Engineering Group and chairman of Nanjing Kaisheng, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. 　　In his report, Feng Jianhua reviewed the company's work and achievements in 2017 and summarized some problems, including the lack of market awareness among some cadres and employees, the weak international market influence, the need to improve engineering management capabilities, the low level of technical equipment system integration, the gap between party building work and the requirements of the superior party committee, and the need to further improve the assessment and incentive mechanism. He comprehensively analyzed the market situation and pointed out that the company faces six major development opportunities in 2018: improvement of the industry market environment, realization of capacity replacement policies, deepening of the integration of the group's engineering sector, increased market synergy, recognition of the company's strength by international large cement groups, and deepening of strategic cooperation with other enterprises. He put forward the overall requirements and objectives of the company for 2018 and made detailed arrangements for the key tasks of 2018. The overall work approach of the company in 2018 is to adhere to the general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, accelerate the pace of reform, promote transformation and development, and improve the quality of development. In 2018, key tasks include striving to expand market space, improve engineering management capabilities, expand the scope of innovation and application, deeply promote reform and transformation, comprehensively strengthen risk control, and strengthen the leadership and construction of the Party.
