On the afternoon of January 8 and the morning of January 9, the company held its 2017 annual departmental work exchange meeting on the 16th floor. Company leaders and heads of various departments attended the meeting, with General Manager Feng Jianhua and Deputy General Manager Gao Aiguo presiding over the meeting respectively.
Heads of various departments reported on the completion of their 2017 annual targets, comparing them to their departmental targets. They exchanged information on the progress of their work in market development, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, innovation and optimization, and team building, identified shortcomings in their work, and planned and arranged key tasks for 2018.
General Manager Feng Jianhua and other company leaders questioned the implementation of key tasks in various departments and factors affecting task completion. They pointed out the highlights of the work of various departments, offered constructive opinions and suggestions on existing shortcomings, and put forward overall requirements for the work deployment of various departments in 2018.
Deputy General Manager Li Jiandong delivered a summary speech, stating that 2017 was the first year of reform for Nanjing Kaisheng and the year of its true transformation into international operations. 2018 will be a year of steady progress and rebound for Nanjing Kaisheng. The new year brings many opportunities for the company's development: the group's engineering sector is undertaking supply-side reforms, and the engineering company is about to receive more opportunities; the company's strategic cooperation with China National Building Material Group International Equipment and other engineering companies is about to enter a new phase; orders for key projects in foreign markets are about to be finalized; and young employees are about to embark on a new path of growth. He hopes that various departments will focus on undertaking and completing projects in the new year.
