From March 12th to 14th, Nanjing Kaisheng held its 2016 work conference. More than 50 mid-to-high-level managers and technical personnel attended the meeting. General Manager Feng Jianhua delivered an important speech titled "Prioritizing Efficiency, Promoting Transformation and Upgrading, and Creating a New Situation for Reform and Development at Nanjing Kaisheng." In his speech, Mr. Feng analyzed the market situation of the cement engineering industry in 2016, announced the company's main economic goals for 2016, and made comprehensive deployments for several key tasks, including tapping industry potential and developing domestic and international markets, strengthening accounts receivable management, carrying out distribution mechanism reforms, strengthening full-staff and full-process cost management, improving the competitiveness of proprietary technologies and equipment, and strengthening risk control.
Heads of various departments signed 2016 target assessment responsibility letters with General Manager Feng Jianhua. The heads of the trade union and the Youth League signed 2016 work target assessment responsibility letters with Party Secretary Li Jiandong.
Heads of the Engineering Economics Institute, Finance Department, and Technology, Quality, and Safety Department provided training to participants on engineering cost, comprehensive budget management, and quality and safety management.
All participants also attended special training sessions on "EPC General Contract Negotiation" and "Internet Plus Traditional Enterprise Transformation and Innovation." Two well-known external experts engaged in detailed and in-depth exchanges and discussions. Participants expressed that they benefited greatly from these two special lectures, gaining a richer understanding of the company's efforts in "going global" to develop overseas markets and leveraging "Internet Plus" to enhance the value of traditional engineering manufacturing.
