By the Technology Center 、 Nangao Gear and Global Transmission jointly held the “2016 High-Efficiency Expansion Training Activity” on July 16 – 17 at the Anhui Bigeyard Rushan Lake City Training Base successfully held ， This activity received strong support from Nangao Gear, Global Transmission, the Procurement Department, and the Equipment Business Department. ； The activity aims to enrich the Technology Center and Equipment Business Department ’s extracurricular life, increase communication opportunities with sister units, improve team collaboration capabilities, and respond to the higher demands on product R&D updates brought by market demand changes.
This training mainly focused on experiential expansion, primarily consisting of icebreaking, navigating a maze, the ‘5-minute challenge’, high-altitude rope activities, and a survival wall. During the activity, team members used their wisdom, broke through their limits, encouraged each other, and successfully completed all challenges 。The next morning, in the meeting room of the expansion base, Nangao Gear ’s LED Business Department General Manager gave a special training session, sharing the development experience of Nangao Gear’s LED Business Department. 。
