1 Month 19 In the afternoon, the company held a grand 2016 annual summary and commendation conference in Nanjing. General Manager Feng Jianhua and all members of the leadership team attended the conference. 　　General Manager Feng's report was divided into three parts: firstly, 2016 a review of the year's work; secondly, an analysis of the current market environment and the company's shortcomings; and thirdly, 2017 the main work priorities for the year.

　　When reviewing 2016 the year's work, General Manager Feng believed that 2017 this year was a year in which the company overcame numerous difficulties and moved forward against the trend. We faced the severe challenges of a continuously shrinking domestic market and fierce international competition, as well as multiple pressures such as low contract prices, high technical difficulty, short project construction periods, and difficulties in cost control. Under the correct leadership of China National Building Materials Group and China National Building Materials International Engineering Group, all employees worked hard, seizing market opportunities externally and strengthening project management internally. Through concerted efforts, the company achieved its annual work goals.

Looking forward to 2017 the year's work, General Manager Feng required that all levels of leaders and employees of the company must recognize the situation, remain firm in their belief in going global, and make every effort to expand overseas markets; they must change their mindset, abandon the idea of undertaking projects without innovation, and focus on strengthening the foundation and improving existing projects; they must improve efficiency, devote all their energy to establishing a consciousness of tightening belts, and comprehensively implement cost control; and they must muster the courage to overcome difficulties and concentrate the morale of all employees on completing all annual tasks.
