Zhang Yan, General Manager of the Nanjing Kaishi Software Division, wins the honor of "Top Ten Women in the National Building Materials Industry"

On the eve of March 8th, Dr. Zhang Yan, General Manager of the Nanjing Kaisheng Software Division, was awarded the honorary title of "Top Ten Women in the National Building Materials Industry" at the fifth annual awards ceremony.
Dr. Zhang Yan is known as a "pioneer of intelligent cement factories," and has made outstanding contributions to the construction of intelligent factories in the industry. Guided by the "Made in China 2025 " action plan, she established the Nanjing Kaisheng software development team, led the team to develop intelligent cement factory products, and proposed the Taian Zhonghuan intelligent factory solution centered on six intelligences: "intelligent mining, intelligent logistics, intelligent quality control, intelligent production, intelligent inspection, and intelligent remote control." This improved the product quality and management level of Taian Zhonghuan, reduced system energy consumption, and decreased the number of employees. As a result, Taian Zhonghuan's intelligent factory became the only cement enterprise to receive the title of "Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise" from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that year, securing a leading position in the intelligent transformation of China's cement industry. Relying on the intelligent factory solution, Taian Zhonghuan has achieved the "three 2015 " goals set by the Zhonghuan Group: 95 the heat consumption of clinker calcination ≦ 95kg standard coal /t-cl ，cement cost ≦ 95 yuan /t ，number of employees ≦ 95 people.
Without any precedent to follow, Zhang Yan led her team to persist in technological innovation, establishing the Nanjing Kaisheng intelligent laboratory and developing " NK-CEOS expert intelligent control system," e inspection system," "denitrification intelligent control system," and "comprehensive production management system" software products. In the 2 years since the team's establishment, it has obtained 3 software copyrights, 1 software products, 1 and utility model patents. The software products have been applied in multiple enterprises and have brought actual economic benefits. The denitrification intelligent control system alone can save enterprises more than 25% in ammonia water costs, reducing production costs while making due contributions to environmental protection.
