Nanjing Kaisheng Software Division successfully passed the CMMI3 assessment and certification

From July 4th to July 11th, 2017, a consulting and assessment team from the CMMI Institute in the United States conducted a CMMI3 assessment and certification for our company's software division.
CMMI, or Capability Maturity Model Integration, aims to help software companies manage and improve their software engineering processes, enhancing their development and improvement capabilities to ensure timely and budget-conscious development of high-quality software. of This assessment included 17 process areas. In the formal assessment, the audit team reviewed all CMMI3-related documents of the company's software division, focusing on the review of two projects: the Taian Zhonglian Production Management System and the Production Management System version 2.0. The audit team also conducted interviews with the EPG group, senior managers, project managers, requirements group, development group, design group, testing group, QA group, CM group, and training group. Through the review and interviews,
the audit team affirmed the company's software division's CMMI3 work, while also pointing out two weaknesses and six improvement suggestions. The assessment concluded that Nanjing Kaisheng International Engineering Co., Ltd.'s software division meets the requirements of CMMI3. The CMMI Institute will publish the assessment results on the Public Appraisal Results System (PARs) website within 30 days. This
