On the morning of May 14, Chen Changbai, Deputy Secretary of the company's Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, led some Party members and cadres to Shaoshan, the hometown of a great man, to deeply carry out themed activities for Party history learning and education, review the glorious history of the Party's arduous struggle, commemorate the great achievements of the older generation of revolutionaries, comprehend the power of thought, and strengthen their original aspiration and mission.

All Party members lined up neatly in Mao Zedong Bronze Statue Square, and with immense reverence, presented flower baskets and bowed solemnly three times to Chairman Mao's bronze statue, expressing their admiration and remembrance. Subsequently, everyone slowly walked up the steps together to present fresh flowers to Mao Zedong's bronze statue. Then, they walked around the statue, carefully observing the marble reliefs, feeling the heroic deeds of revolutionary martyrs, and receiving a profound education in revolutionary traditions.

“I volunteer to join the Communist Party of China, uphold the Party's program, observe the Party's constitution, fulfill Party members' obligations…” The loud voice pierced the sky as all visitors solemnly swore an oath facing the Party flag, reviewing the Party admission oath. The solemn oath and high morale expressed the comrades' unwavering determination to follow the Party and their firm belief in eternal loyalty.

After the oath-taking, all personnel visited Comrade Mao Zedong's former residence. Everyone listened attentively to the guide's introduction about Comrade Mao Zedong's life and the revolutionary history of the establishment of the red regime. The guide explained carefully, and everyone listened intently, deeply feeling the strategic vision and simple, hardworking work and life style of the older generation of revolutionaries. They unanimously stated that through on-site learning, they gained a deeper understanding of the Party's glorious journey of arduous struggle and brilliant achievements, a deeper appreciation of the Party's fundamental purpose, glorious traditions, and excellent conduct, and a deeper comprehension of the historical significance of Mao Zedong Thought, which was formed through the Party's hardships and trials.

In the afternoon, the group visited Hunan Shaofeng Southern Cement Co., Ltd. to observe, learn, and exchange experiences on Party building work. Jiao Bin, Deputy Secretary of Shaofeng Southern's Party Committee, and heads of departments such as the Party-Masses Office, Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, and Administration and Human Resources Department, participated in the exchange symposium.

During the meeting, Secretary Jiao Bin welcomed Secretary Chen and his delegation, briefly introduced the company's historical evolution, basic situation, and future development, and provided a detailed introduction to the company's Party building methods and the construction of its distinctive Party building brand, "Four Integrations and Four Enhancements."
