Zhou Yuxian conducted in-depth investigations into the production and operation situation and the operation of the intelligent production line at the Zunyi Saide cement plant and production workshop, and organized a work report meeting for some of the Group's enterprises in Guizhou.

At the work report meeting, Zhou Yuxian listened to the work reports from Guizhou Southwest, Zunyi Saide, Guizhou Detachment, and Guizhou Company of the National Inspection Group on production and operation, optimization and upgrading, inspection and rectification, environmental protection inspection, and Party style and integrity construction. He affirmed the efforts and achievements made by the four enterprises in production and operation, talent cultivation, political inspection, and Party building in recent years, and put forward requirements for the next step of work.

Zhou Yuxian emphasized that the essence of competition among enterprises is cost competition. It is necessary to promote cost reduction and efficiency increase through technological progress and transformation and upgrading. Guizhou Southwest should focus on business objectives, strengthen technological innovation, give full play to the advantages of mineral resource reserves and cost, and continuously enhance its core competitiveness. He hoped that the Group's enterprises in Guizhou would actively respond to the deployment and requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Guizhou Provincial Government, fulfill their responsibilities as central enterprises, contribute to the local economic development, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation among enterprises to achieve complementary advantages.
