The 2500t/d clinker cement production line cooler technical modification project of Yunnan Pu'er Southwest Cement Co., Ltd., implemented by Nanjing Kaishi Engineering General Contracting, was successfully handed over on November 17, 2020, and the clinker production line of Yunnan Pu'er Southwest Cement was successfully ignited on November 18.
During the execution of this project, difficulties such as short supply time, simultaneous implementation of epidemic prevention and control during on-site construction, small on-site construction space, multiple cross-construction, and long express logistics time for missing parts on site were encountered. Nanjing Kaishi Equipment Division coordinated and coordinated design, manufacturing, equipment supply and on-site construction, communicated fully with Pu'er Southwest owners, cooperated closely, coordinated arrangements, and supported each other. Finally, the technical modification project passed the acceptance inspection once, the ignition was successful once, and the raw materials were successfully added once.
