The Phase II relocation and technological upgrading project of Qin Shan Southern Haihe Intermodal Transport and Resource Comprehensive Utilization in Haian successfully passed the performance test.

The Haiyan Qinshan South Phase II project obtained the performance assessment certificate issued by the owner on August 26. After on-site commissioning and optimization, the grinding system of this project operates stably and reliably, and all system indicators are better than contract requirements.
This project was implemented as an EPC general contract by Nanjing Kaisheng, with a designed annual cement production capacity of 3.6 million tons. During the design and implementation process, the project placed special emphasis on energy saving and environmental protection design. The organized dust emission concentration throughout the plant is ≤10mg/Nm 3 and the conveying corridors and frames are fully enclosed. During the design and planning process, special attention was paid to the scientific and reasonable nature of the system solution and equipment selection. The grinding system focused on reducing system resistance, improving powder selection and grinding efficiency, and emphasizing the design of the internal mill structure lengthwise, among other aspects of work.
The successful operation of this system has enabled Nanjing Kaisheng to achieve new successes in the field of cement grinding systems, and has also realized true sea-river intermodal transport for the owner.
